The Space:
This 4-bedroom waterfront home just minutes from the beach features a pier and heated pool. This luxury vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island. Families can decide between enjoying the nearby beach, private pool, or newly renovated lakeside park minutes away.

As you step into this elegant waterfront home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the bay as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the high-end stainless appliances.

Bask in the sun when you head out onto the luxurious lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated pool. The pool is electrically heated always 85 degrees. This premium home features SW exposure keeping the glistening pool in sun all day. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the chaise lounge chairs. Outdoor living at its best!

After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The master has a king bed and large flatscreen cable TV, second a queen and the third has two single (twin) beds. The plush new couch in the 4th bedroom/den is a queen size sleeper sofa with a super-comfy memory foam mattress. This spacious waterfront pool home sleeps 8 comfortably in beds.

Enjoy your favorite program on any one the flat-screen cable TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool toys, etc. are also included. No need to fumble with keys and lock boxes as this rental is equipped with quick & easy keyless entry. Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Minutes from the white sand beach, Mackle park, tennis park, boating & jetski rental, mini golf park, etc. There's so much to do right on the island. The city of Naples is a half hour drive. Try airboat tours in the everglades and so much more!

Marco Island is known for its pristine white sand beaches - located just minutes away - as is the island’s newly renovated lakefront park. Enjoy its walking path, dog park, volleyball courts, bocce ball, basketball court, billiards, and table tennis, all a short drive or bike ride from your premium vacation rental. The kids can play to their heart’s content in the park’s extensive playground and splash pool.

The island offers a scenic golf course, marina, bike path, restaurants, and shops. You can also take a short drive to the mainland to access all of the fabulous activities and attractions offered there. From airboat rides, to the Naples Zoo, to fresh seafood dining, enjoyable adventure awaits. Regardless of how you choose to spend your time on Marco Island, you're sure to have an incredible getaway when you book this stunning vacation rental house!

Other Things to Note:
This home is dog friendly with owner's approval and pet fee will be charged accordingly. Due to allergies the house can not host cats.

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
