¡¡¡PARA ESTRENAR!!! Tenga paciencia mientras recibimos fotos actualizadas de la casa amueblada. ¡Esta es una nueva adquisición y tendremos imágenes actualizadas para finales de febrero!
Casa de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños recientemente remodelada, ubicada en el centro de la isla. Espacios de vida de concepto abierto con sala de estar / área de cocina que se abre a la piscina climatizada y al comedor exterior. El garaje está equipado con múltiples juegos y bicicletas para su uso. La casa está a 5 minutos a pie del famoso Mackle Park, donde puede pasar el día allí con actividades o disfrutar de un agradable paseo por el estanque. La casa también está a poca distancia del YMCA local y a solo un paseo en bicicleta de algunas tiendas y restaurantes a lo largo de la carretera de San Marco. A unos 5 minutos en coche de la playa y cualquiera de los 3 estacionamientos.

We had a wonderful time at this home! The pool was perfect and was used extensively. We also loved that the home was well equipped in the kitchen and towels/beach towels were included. Lovely quiet neighborhood and the park nearby was a huge hit with our 7 year old grandson. We went to the beach nearby and took an airboat tour. The owners were very communicative and made sure our stay was perfect. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent from the minute we walked through the door! The hosts are attentive and communicative. The home is full of amenities from the heated pool to the ping pong table to everything you may need for a day at the beach. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of friendly faces. We will definitely return to this location.

This house has it all!

What a great VRBO find! Loved our time in Marco Island, this house had all we needed and then some! We had a few big Thunderstorms come through during our stay but we turned a rain out into game night in the garage with Ping-Pong and Darts. The kids got to use the 5 bikes to explore all over the island, it was great having a cooler we could take with us when we rented a boat. When we come back to Marco we will look to book here again for sure!

Comfortable home

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time, the home was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us. The pool was great, as was the covered patio with the grill. Close to publix and the public access to the beach was only 5min away. The hosts communicated well thru email.

Wonderful house for family vacation

The entire experience was easy (the way a trip should be!). Amber's house is great for families with little ones (so close to the wonderful Mackle Park). The pool was warm and perfect for us. The beach is a little too far to walk with kids, but we rented a golf cart that worked out great for getting around the island. We would definitely stay with Amber again!

Great hosts!

So appreciative of our host for tending to a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay. We had an amazing week on Marco Island building family memories! Lots of sandy beaches, shell finding, and pool time. We had everything we needed including beach towels, toys, and chairs. Comfortable beds and a nice heated pool. So nice!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this property! High temps were only in the upper 60’s but the pool was so warm the whole family was swimming! Great location. We used the bikes to get around the whole island. Owner was super responsive during the trip and quickly responded to any and all questions. We grilled every night by the pool. It was a wonderful vacation for our family!

Marco comfortable Paradise

FABULOUS!! Lovely, comfortable, perfect place to stay. Beachy decor so wonderful I contacted owner, she told me whee she purchased many items & I went shopping & got duplicates!!!Easy to reach owner, very helpful!! Best overall experience I've had in 15 years of traveling and staying at a place in SW Florida! Very nice accommodations, every convenience you could ask for. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ If I return to Marco in the future, this will be the FIRST place I seek to stay! TY Amber!!!

Convenient and Comfortable

Overall the house was very lovely. It was nicely decorated and well equipped. Had one minor issue with A/C, couldn't lower the temperature below 72 at night, which was a little uncomfortable. The fourth bedroom could use shades on the door that separates it from the master.

Great Stay!

We had a nice time at this property on Marco Island. The location was on a nice quiet street but not too far away from the beach. They had five bikes which was just the right amount for our family. We took bike rides around the neighborhood every evening. They also had a nice pool which we used every day. I had to contact Amber one day because the batteries on the lock were dead. She responded quickly and gave me instructions on how to replace them. Overall, a very nice experience!

Great Location !

We enjoyed the stay at this property, it was close to almost everything you need, not more than a 10 min drive to everything, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, the marina ( for boat/jetski renting and dolphin tours, beaches, souvenir stores. The house has a nice pool and entertainment in the garage for the kids, and all the board games we enjoyed playing with the kids .. We went to the Annies Ice cream place recommended in the binder ohh it was excellent! Sadly we could not do much outdoors in the afternoons due to the rain we had during our stay if you want to enjoy the beaches and outdoor activities needs to be done early in the morning till 2 or 3 pm during July for sure other than that THE PLACE IS A NICE STAY FOR FAMILIES !! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!

Amazing first experience with VRBO

Thank you so much Amber and Todd! Your vacation rental was exactly what our family needed for the week to celebrate our daughter’s wedding on Marco Island. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home first of all the location was central to everywhere we needed to be this week. The communication about the check-in process was very easy. We read through the very thorough property management book. We did not have any questions Everything we could possibly could’ve wanted was there for us. Beach towels, sunscreen, beach toys, hairdryer curling iron, laundry soap, dish soap, iron and ironing board, snacks there wasn’t a thing missing. Attention to detail was 100%. The house is decorated perfectly. The beds are comfy. There was plenty of towels for everyone and the blankets were extremely soft and cozy. Outside the pool area was wonderful. There was a table and chairs for everyone. The grill worked great. The pool toys that were included, were awesome, Sipping coffee by the pool in the morning before everyone woke up was heavenly. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short one day because of an illness with a family member. We communicated this to Todd and Amber, who are very supportive and sympathetic. I cannot say enough about the property owners and the property that we rented for this very important week in our lives. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time on Marco Island. It is a quiet neighborhood w/ access 2 everythg

Perfection

From the second we booked our trip - the hosts were so wonderful with providing suggestions for the surrounding area and the house was absolutely perfect. The produce the essentials to make the stay wonderful. The pool was such a bonus for the kids and us. The garage set-up was sooooo much fun- our 3 year old was able to learn ping pong and was happy. We will absolutely stay with his host property again.

great family time

we had 4 adults & 3 kids on our trip & staying here was like being at home, which was so helpful with the young kids! this rental had way more than we expected, making it much easier and saving us a ton of money on things we would’ve bought and then just ended up having to leave behind. all the cooking necessities + some spices, laundry necessities, beach & pool toys/floats, bluetooth speaker, a big cooler + bag coolers, & good pile of board games! the beds & couches were comfy & there were plenty of bath towels, dish towels, pool towels and blankets for us all.

Worth the trip

The house was clean and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Owners were very responsive. It is a great size house for two families or even just two couples. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a really nice park nearby that has weekend events. Only drawback was that there was no cable TV. It is a smart TV and If you are someone that streams this probably wouldn’t be an issue.

Great stay for families!

What a great week in Marco Island! This property has everything you need to enjoy the island. Beach necessities (towels, chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). The pool was super refreshing each day. Enjoy space for our family of 7 to enjoy and not feel crammed. We loved making the shell puzzle. Close to Publix for shopping. And walking distance to so many restaurants. Quiet street. Ping pong in the garage was a hit! Owners checked in on us and very responsive.

The house was roomy and had a nice layout.

Nice vacation home in a nice neighborhood. Fun game room in the garage complete with dart board, ping pong table and TV. Sit at the bar while playing games. Lots of beach towels for the beach or pool.

Disappointed Paradise

After seeing several 5 star ratings I was disappointed in the property condition. Inside was clean upon arrival. House has electrical issues with taped over light switches and lights that go on and off in the kitchen. Keurig was broke when we arrived. Owner said they would send one out but 25 days later, no Keurig. Pool photos looked much nicer than reality. Dark rust spots in the pool; a plastic cover owner wanted us to use each night but the plastic was falling apart leaving bits and pieces in the pool. Pool guy laughed when I asked him how we were suppose to use it. Pool leaked about 2" of water each day so clearly needed maintenance. Pool guy said it always leaked water. Patio has unfinished tile, cracked tile, holes in the walls and mildew stained siding. BBQ had a nice cover but when I took it off it revealed a grease stained bbq that took hours for me to clean well enough to feel safe cooking on it. Pool area has little sun due to the small size of the area behind the house. Owner did offer us a better price if we wanted to return next year by "going outside of VRBO" but then found another renter for a longer time frame. House is overpriced, poorly maintained and owner can't be trusted.

This will be a lengthy response- Ed arrived for a month booking. LOVED our place. Wanted to come back. Zero complaints. Mentioned multiple times to come back the same time next season and wanted to book off platform to save on fees. We emailed back and forth I told him we can take payment through other sources. He confirmed a source and said he would pay that way. He also mentioned he wanted an agreement since we are doing it off platform.couple days went
