Don't recommend

No communication from property manager autumn. Confirmed our stay as booked per VRBO, charged us. I emailed her that morning regarding access, never received a reply. Arrived at home and it was occupied by another family. Phoned autumn who started they don't operate through VRBO and her assistant "was supposed to contact" me. She offered us to stay in a smaller unit. She did not offer a discount or apology. We canceled our stay and had to find another place to stay last minute.

We started our tiny home journey in 2016 and have been hooked ever since we build, sell and rent out tiny homes. We are currently working on several outreach programs to help needy families afford first-time housing and tiny home communities. We love everything outdoors and spending time with our three little ones. we have found our passion for helping others have an amazing Zion vacation. We would love to host your stay.

New Tiny Home is located in Utah's first Tiny Home Resort Village! Experience this gorgeous Tiny Home and come see the sites! We are centrally located in Apple Valley Utah in proximity to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Sand Hollow State Park, Gooseberry Mesa, and so many other destinations! This Tiny Home sleeps up to six people and has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom! Join us for an adventure that you will remember for a lifetime.

If I had to pick my favorite features they would be stargazing and trail access. with no light pollution, you can see the milky way and an endless star-filled sky. we do offer telescopes for an additional charge.
