The house itself is perfect. It’s clean, no bugs, comfortable, modern and has everything you need. However, there are a few drawbacks. Across the street is a property that is full of garbage which is a total eyesore, the driveway is too difficult to park in, and if you are planning on going in and out of the city multiple times, be warned the traffic from the ongoing construction adds a lot of frustration, rerouting and time!

Great property close to downtown and South Congress. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Driveway and front steps are very steep, but other than that it is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the Austin action.

I’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, but this one truly stands out. The host thought of everything! Unlike other places where I had to bring my own coffee, here I had a variety of coffee pods to start my day. The makeup towels were such a thoughtful touch, making the stay even more convenient. I also loved the outdoor fire pit, even though I didn’t get to use it this time, it’s another reason I’d come back. All in all, this was one of the best stays, and I’d absolutely stay again

Great Location

Stayed here for my birthday weekend with adult kiddos. We enjoyed being so close to 1618 Asian and just a short drive to SoCo. Super clean and beds were comfortable. They even had extra pillows, which I love.

This was a very beautiful and clean house. There was so much amazing things to do and the house was in the middle of everything. This is going to be our home away from home every time we stay in Austin.

Family holiday vacation

Property is in an ideal location. Easy, easy access to downtown restaurants and music. Also good highway access for a trip to Texas Hill country wineries. Overall fantastic trip. We had to reach our host a couple of times with questions. She always picked up the phone, very pleasant and accommodating. Condo is perfect for 4-6 quests. Nice modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Nice place

Very nice and well appointed unit. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bedroom set up was perfect for 2 ladies. The road noise was a bit much for me, a light sleeper but both room were equipped with ocilating fans that helped with the noise. All in all a good stay.

Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go

Stayed for for ACL - plenty of close and good food options within a short walk and quick/easy access to the festival and downtown. Inside its clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Didn't use the deck due to the heat but would have definitely used it if it was cooler! All in all - a good stay!

Great house

The house had any and all amenities we needed, good recommendations. The location was Even better than we thought. Couple of great and authentic taco places a block walk away and Ubers showed up in under 5 minutes to take us downtown. We also walked from the house to the river walk trail
