Private: natural garden 600 m2, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house, parking (for 2 cars). Bus stop 7.4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

An dem Haus, dem Pool und der Umgebung gibt es nichts zu meckern!! Alles tip, top. Es gab auch Dinge die uns nicht gefallen haben - die Schlüsselübergabe war 25 km entfernt und am 2. Tag wollten wir selber kochen, ging nicht, das Gas war leer. Bei Interhome gemeldet, man wollte sich kümmern. 7 Tage später rief man an und fragte ob wir wieder Gas hätten....wir hatten Glück, der Poolmann hatte einen Schlüssel zum Keller mit dem Gas und hat eine Flasche angeschlossen, von Interhome war niemand geko mmen. Und wegen einer Baustelle genau vor der Einfahrt der Urbanication mussten wir jedesmal einen Umweg von fast 6 km fahren. Dafür kann aber ja niemand etwas. Das waren aber alles nichts Schlimmes, wir würden wieder buchen!

De vakantiewoning is van alle gemakken voorzien, klein minpuntje geen vaatwasser, mooi zwembad alles zag er verzorgd uit. De vier losse bedden hebben erg harde matrassen, het grote bed is goed.

wir waren überrascht von den vielen kleinen Deteils, einer sehr schönen Einrichtung und der gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach wunderschön von der Terrasse zu beobachten.

Det var et dejligt område Monte Pego, der var ro og en skøn udsigt fra huset. Huset var dejligt og bestemt et hus vi vil vende tilbage til. Sengene på de to værelser med adskilte senge var hårde, der kunne godt have været top madrasser på. Da aircondition var i stykker, blev den udskiftet. Meget høj service.

Maison agréable dans un quartier calme, piscine accessible facilement depuis la terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. Attention tout de même pour les enfants car la piscine a une pente presque dès le début. La climatisation du salon est sous dimensionnée. Nous n'avons pas profité de l'arrière de la maison car nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait côté terrasse. Petit bemol, le vis a vis avec les piscines des voisins de chaque côté.

Experiencia inmejorable en esta casa por su ubicación, tranquilidad y sobre todo su piscina que nos encantó. La cocina bien equipada, el alojamiento en general muy limpio y la privacidad del lugar un punto a favor. El personal muy amable.Como detalles para mejorar el contenedor de basura queda bastante lejos del apartamento y los utensilios para la limpieza son algo escasos.Por otra parte el señor que se encarga de la limpieza de la piscina apareció sin previo aviso,deberian notificarlo antes.

Tranquilidad y disfrute en familia

Sitio bonito y tranquilo, ideal para disfrutar en familia, buenas vistas, buenas instalaciones y un menaje muy completo. No me gusto que no hubiera televisión en español, aunque la antena si está, solo se ve la parabolica con canales en inglés y la parrilla podría ser un poco más grande, por lo demás todo muy bien.

Chauffée avant notre arrivée eut été parfait.Comment savoir que l'interrupteur placé derrière une porte rabattue mettait en route le ballon d'eau chaude.Mettre à jour le réseau internet.C'est TP LINK et pas EXCOM.Pour le reste c'était très bien.

Pego Stay

My family and I loved this property. It was located about 15 minutes from Dénia which we loved and close to the town of Pego which we did all of our food shopping. House was well kept, however; I have to say that some small items should be upgraded like the coffee pot, cushions outside and light switches should be fixed. The house stated air conditioning which it does have in the leaving room and master bedroom, however; being that it gets hot in Pego the other two rooms get hot without no air conditioning even though they do have ceiling fans. One other thing that the kids and my parents did mention to me was that the mattresses from the other two rooms were quite uncomfortable, however; master bedroom was great. Even with these few hiccups we truly enjoyed our stay at this home and would definitely come back to stay.

Very clean and spacious villa with great pool and views

I would recommend this villa for a family of 4 ideally. Overall we had a lovely stay and when there were any issues Interhome dealt with them very efficiently. It would have been a lot easier to pick the keys up from Monte Pego not Denia.
