We loved staying here! House was clean, cute and had all the amenities we needed for a two week stay!! Owners kept in contact and checked to see if we needed anything! The view in the backyard was AWESOME and we were able to enjoy a nice fire out back there! I would definitely stay here again!

Our host was very responsive, flexible, and helpful. This is not a fancy house, but it's very clean and comfortable - and the backyard is huge, with comfy Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. The street is somewhat busy, but the house itself is quiet.We would definitely stay here again.

This quaint cozy ranch is exactly what the description states. It’s very easy to locate with plenty of off street parking - lots of bright new windows. Quiet peaceful neighborhood outside of the city of Rochester. All the neighbors had well kept properties. Good size living room with Big screen tv and large table to dine at. Bedrooms are very roomy. Kitchen is well equipped and washer & dryer on site is always a plus. Large beautiful treed back yard with fire pit. Air conditioner worked perfectly. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this rental. Host is EXCELLENT, responding to every question I asked of her very quickly! We stayed a month and were extremely satisfied the entire time!!!

Great Stay!

This older home with modern touches and nice hospitality made for a great stay. My mom and I were in town to see family and just have a few days away and we found this home in a great location and close to all we intended to do. The description is accurate to the home which we found neat, orderly and very clean! Communication with Melissa was a breeze! She is so friendly and quick to respond to any need!

Hostess with the mostess...

Fantastic doesn't even begin to explain it. This host was bar-none one of the best we have dealt with. Super flexible and the property was great. HUGE backyard and right across from old Kodak Elmgrove plant so LOTS of space for our dog to run. Would totally stay again.

Felt like we were home

This place had great homey touches that made us feel like we were at home. There was plenty of room for us to visit and not feel cramped or crowded. We enjoyed our stay here
