And its always a wonderful pleasure to have Jeanette and her family as guests..they are so thoughtful and considerate and leave the apartment in beautiful condition!!
Cute and quaint apartment in the heart of popular restaurant area
We had a wonderful stay here. The host was amazing with frequent communication. Very clean and close to Park Ave where lots of popular restaurants are.
Gail’s apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is historic and easily walkable. Unless you have trouble with stairs, would highly recommend this property.
Beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. Great, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants. Gail was fantastic with communications. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
With its 1940s furnishings and lovely understated decor this wonderful apartment made us feel like we had gone back in time to a more genteel era. We very much felt taken care of here, and the neighborhood was close to many good restaurants and downtown.
Gail was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us about the apartment. it was just what we were looking for to get our granddaughter off campus for a weekend.
Everything was wonderful. The furnishing immaculate. Location close to
everything.
When we head back to visit again i know where i want to stay
Everything was perfect and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was probably the nicest property we have ever stayed at. The place was immaculate and well-stocked. Our hosts were gracious and helpful and made us feel at home. They really are proud of their home and it shows! Would recommend without doubt. Fantastic!
Gail and John meticulously manage this amazing space that is close to everything in Rochester. This is the cleanest property I have ever rented online, and we were only too happy to abide by the request not to wear our street shoes inside. Decorative touches throughout make your stay here extremely interesting. Be aware that you are at the top of a third floor space attached to the house, but John is only too happy to bring your suitcases up and down the stairs. We will stay here again.
Lovely 3rd floor apt nestled between the bars/eateries of Park Ave and the Eastman Museum. Very walkable, quiet neighborhood.
This apt has everything you need to feel at home, whether it be toiletries in the bath or necessities in the kitchen. Gail has already probably thought of it...
Enjoyed our time there and would certainly return if we happen to be in the Rochester area. Thank you Gail for giving us the comforts of home:)
Beautiful attic apartment with so many lovely touches. Gail and John are incredibly hospitable, doing their utmost to assure all of my needs were met. This place is in such a great location - literally steps from the George Eastman House - on a street that is away from the commercial parts of Park Ave which makes it very peaceful. The mattress was a little hard for my liking, but that is more of a personal preference than a critique. Might not be the best choice for someone who can’t navigate stairs. All in all, I would definitely come back again!!
I can't say enough about Gail and the apartment. What a blessing to be able to call this home during a extremely difficult time. The location is perfect for traveling alone. After returning nightly from the hospital, it truly was a peaceful, calming, beautiful and relaxing place to reset. Everything was above and beyond what you expect. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so very much and God bless.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and the decor made it feel cozy and comfortable. Gail was great and made us feel welcomed. We will be back. 😊
We LOVED everything about our stay here. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for my daughter and I while visiting friends in the area. The location is in a safe, beautiful neighborhood with so many great restaurants within walking distance. Clean, comfortable, and charming is what you’ll get when staying here. The owner Gail was a delight. Communication was great. We will stay here again, and highly recommend you do also.
Gail and John were the best hosts of the property we stayed at. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Hope our paths cross again.

Staying at Gail’s and John’s place has been the highlight of our trip to Rochester. Definitely on the top of list of anywhere we have stayed when traveling in the past. Immaculately maintained & furnished, quiet, well furnished, many amenities, just superb! Thank you Gail & John!
My 86-year-old mom and I just stayed here and loved every minute of it. The two flights of stairs were clearly explained to us and my mom correctly assessed that she would be able to get up and down pretty easily. The hosts went out of their way to help us carry our luggage up and down to help my mom have an easy time. The beds were supportive, great air conditioning control to each room, everything about this place worked well and the neighborhood was a bonus! I highly recommend staying here.
Gail's third floor apartment was even better than expected, also larger. All the rooms have a furnished, lived-in, well-tempered feel. Gail met us in the spacious back yard parking area and gave us a quick tour of the property, and gracefully let us get on with unpacking and settling once we were done with what few questions we had. Comfy beds, windows that open if you want them to. An outstanding neighborhood to walk in, with the Eastman Museum not even a full block away. Easy and simple check-out procedures. Well-stocked kitchen, including things like Zip-locks for leftovers, just like home. And on the book shelves? Terrific titles, terrific variety. So: all great, with the caveat that if you have trouble with stairs, this property is not for you. Three steps up to the porch, then something like 32 more to reach the apartment, in two flights of 16. We would absolutely rent this place again if we find ourselves in Rochester.
