Nice cottage located on Lake Sinclair. Lots of room with great views

Property has full kitchen, breakfast area, living room with TV, internet available, lots of windows with lake view, handicap ramp, wrap around deck with furniture, propane grill, fishing pier, small beach area and woods along lake shore. Space to dock a boat available upon request. There is a short gravel drive up to the cabin.

Renters are welcome to celebrate family events at the property. There are local ordinances regarding excessive noise after 10 PM.
