Lots of room for the group, family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, lots of room for baby to play in. felt secure in the building and with two large grocery store close by we had lots of choice with regards to groceries. I was also convenient that fishing charters would pick us up right at the private pier. Close walk to downtown with lots of restaurants.

My family of 8 adults and 1 child just had a wonderful vacation at Shannon and Jeff’s El Cantil condo. Walking into the condo and seeing the stunning ocean view made this Midwesterner’s winter heart sing! The VRBO photos do not exaggerate how lovely this condo is.The location made shopping and restaurants easily walkable. There is a large grocery store across the street and another 1-2 blocks away. The kitchen is well equipped for family cooking and meals.The pool is warm! My grandson loved it and all adults in our group spent plenty of time soaking up the sun in and by the pool. Property manager, Sandy, directed us to Karina Solis at Photoexperience Tours for excursions. We chose a cenote trip and a snorkeling trip and enjoyed both.Property manager, Alex, had great restaurant recommendations and made every dinner reservation for us as well as stopping by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed.All staff at the property were very friendly and helpful.We appreciated the secure basement parking for our rental car.I can highly recommend a vacation here and look forward to more visits here for our family.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

My family and I had an amazing week at the condo, and loved the location and amenities that came along with it. Very convenient and walkable to everything in downtown Cozumel, great restaurants, shopping, and bars right around the corner. The option of having rides arranged and groceries in place before arrival was excellent, and we used those services! Highly recommend this place for beautiful ocean views, great swimming pools, and walkable to everything you'd want to see in Cozumel. Excellent hosts!

Long birthday scuba weekend for the kiddo - this space is gorgeous. Best views off of the super spacious balcony, and plenty of room inside for a large group. The location could not be better. There is a grocery store across the street and taxis are readily available. The pool/beach area is secure and never crowded (it was really nice not having to get up at 6 am to reserve a chair). You can walk to most restaurants. Very convenient.The condo is equipped with any kitchen appliance you could dream of. The balcony is AMAZING. Watching the cruise boats come in was a highlight of our trip. The pool is also amazing and very warm which was nice since the weather wasn’t always nice.Only negative is that the ceiling fan in the front queen room doesnt work and the pillows are terrible. (Minor things)We would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway in amazing location!

This was my families 2nd time staying in Cozumel and we cant wait to book our next trip! First and foremost, we were taken care of by Shannon (aka Dory) from the very beginning with lots of recommendations and instruction to make the most of our trip. The check in process was so easy and the staff at the condo were beyond awesome. When we walked into the condo, we were left speeachless. The pictures do it limited justice. It was so beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! The beds and furniture were all so comfortable and welcoming. It is decorated so cute and fitting. We spent just about every minute we were in the condo out on the balcony which is breathtaking. We made lots of friends down by the pool that gave us more recommendations and ideas. We had some amazing food and activities! Alex, the guest manager was also super helpful and fun to work with Snorkeling right outside the building was so cool!!! It was the perfect trip for my family and I am confident we stayed at one of the best places on the island!!

Like many, the pandemic gave us time to reflect on what truly mattered. After a three-week visit back to Cozumel, we knew this beautiful island was where we wanted to create our dream life. We dove right in and purchased We’ve Gone Coastal Cozumel Villa (VRBO listing 2144455), nestled in the exclusive gated community of Costa del Sol. Inspired by Kenny Chesney’s song “Gone Coastal,” the villa embodies our love for life after the kids have grown and flown the nest.

But our journey didn’t stop there. In 2023, we took the plunge again and bought We’ve Gone Coastal Cozumel Condo (VRBO listing 3919469) at El Cantil Condominium Resort, offering stunning oceanfront views right in the heart of San Miguel. With two incredible vacation rentals, we’re thrilled to share the magic of Cozumel with others.

Scuba diving brought us to the island, and the exhilarating drift dives, teeming reefs, and colorful marine life—turtles, eagle rays, and maybe even a blue tang—keep us coming back. Beyond the beauty of the underwater world, it’s the warmth of the people and the island’s peaceful vibe that made Cozumel feel like home.
