Our beachy Admiralty House 2br/2ba condo on the 4th floor is the perfect location! Sit on your balcony and enjoy the amazing sunset!!! The view from our condo is a breathtaking view of the beach, sunset and pool! The beach is huge. No driving to get to the beach!!! We recently remodeled and decorated in light, airy beach decor. The master and guest bedrooms have direct inland views with a huge balcony to enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the twinkle of the island lights at night. Our condo has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors in all rooms providing endless unobstructed views and natural light. ENJOY! THE CONDO OWNERS ASSOCIATION (COA) REQUIRES A BACKGROUND CHECK WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL $150 PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO ADMIRALTY HOUSE COA. This fee is included in your total quote. Admiralty House is a couple of blocks from several restaurants on Collier Blvd., walking distance.

Beautiful beach condo

This newly remodeled condo on the beach at Marco Island is beautiful. The front balcony has a wonderful view of both the beach and the pool. It is a great place to spend the winter. The owner was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The entire building and grounds is beautiful. Make sure you follow all rules and regulations or you could be fined. It is a long walk to the beautiful beach

Beautiful property!!!

This was a beautiful property with awesome views!! Everything was fantastic, we could not ask for anything more. Deborah was extremely nice and so were the staff and residents of Admirality House. We would definitely stay at this property again. The views are worth the price of admission!! ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect location and Nancy awesome

The condo was exactly as photographed, clean, and in a perfect location. It is a shared community so there are rules to be followed so better for older kids and adults I think. Nancy also answered so many of my questions, even after my stay when I contacted her to ask where she got her amazing bedding and pillows.

Lovely accommodations with a gorgeous view

We had an amazing stay for spring break! The property was spotless and so nicely equipped. The residents in the building were friendly and the pool was perfect. We have stayed at many homes on Marco island but typically have our own pool. This was the first time we stayed for spring break at the beach, and we were worried about having enough chairs at the pool. It was never a problem! Nancy was so helpful and so easy to work with! The condo had everything we needed.

Island paradise!

We spent 2 weeks at this Marco Island condo, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this unit. The direct beach/pool view from the unit’s balcony was incredible. The inside of the condo itself was immaculately clean and so perfectly decorated! I would recommend this lovely beach condo to anyone looking for a quiet, beach vacation with a spouse, adults, or older children. As another reviewer noted, there are quite a few condo rules to follow, which would be much more difficult with small children. 10 out of 10, would recommend in a heartbeat!
