8階に位置するこのユニットは、ビーチの雰囲気、リビングルームに大きなテレビ、マスターベッドルームにテレビ、コンドミニアムに無線LANを備えた上品な内装です。 マスターベッドルームにクイーン、ゲストベッドルームにツイン、リビングルームにソファーベッドがあります。

Great week!

Enjoyed our stay. Property manager communication was great. Our only suggestions would be to waive/include the parking fee, and add the option of a lounge chair for the beach for those that want to lay flat. We would definitely stay again, beach location was the best! Thank you again for the wonderful week!

This was our 3rd time staying at Seawinds. The units are nice and love that it’s so close to south end beach. Will definitely be back.

Great location on Marco Island - right on the beach

My husband and I go each year to Marco. We love the Sea View Condos because the views are wonderful and the location good in case, we do not have a car. This unit is exactly as listed. Had everything you'd need. There were couple of great high beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach. This is walkable to Sunset Grill (next door) or Stilts for lunch. I recommend this vacation rental!

Sweet family time in lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The balcony has updated and comfy patio furniture, the kitchen is well stocked, and lots of towels! So thankful for the opportunity to spend time in such a beautiful setting!

Winter Vacation

The sunset view is spectacular. We love being able to be on the beach after a short elevator ride and walk. The location is perfect. The condo was satisfactory, needed a little TLC, after sending message to property manager, at end of our stay, she apologized and asked we contact sooner when staying in a property. She said she would have it all taken care of before next family. She was quick to respond and kind as could be.

Love this place!

We’ve stayed in this condo three times in the last year. It’s cozy and right where we want to be. Views are spectacular!! Great communication. Look forward to staying again soon!

Beautiful Marco

This is our 5th visit to Marco & as usual, it did not disappoint. Stayed at Seawinds before because it’s within walking distance to everything, however, we’ve not stayed in this unit. Unit was clean & well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, toaster & coffee maker. Plenty of beach gear & the rolling cooler was nice. Beach chairs could use replacing. Patio furniture was really nice & the sunsets amazing. We had a wonderful time & a great experience.

Outstanding

Condo was what I expected. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. It’s so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The only thing I didn’t like were the window treatments. Hard to keep the sun from shining through the blinds. Maybe black out curtains instead. They would def fix the light coming through the blinds.

Dolphins playground

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed! The view is amazing from the balacony. Every morning and evening we could watch the dolphins flip around and out of the water. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect

Best vacation ever! Condo was exactly as described. Clean, communication was great, views were spectacular and beach was steps away. Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone who would like a peaceful vacation without all the crowds

Lovely spiritually refreshing time

I spent the majority of my time on the patio over looking the beautiful gulf and enjoying God’s creation. I brought a great book to read to refresh my soul in Jesus Christ my Savior. It was hard to pack up and go home. Thanking Jesus for the means to enjoy such a lovely place.

Seven days in paradise

This is our 2nd time renting this unit. It does not disappoint. We couldn't ask for a better location on Marco and the closeness to the beach. The pool was wonderful and never crowded. The sunsets were beautiful! Can't wait to plan our next trip down there.

The condo was clean, bright, and comfortable. However, I would call this a bare bones rental. There was no dish soap, no dishwasher soap, no plastic wrap or tin foil. These are kitchen basics that are hard to buy in small quantities. It would have added to the convenience of this rental if they had been supplied. But, knowing this, I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thanks
