Perfect location, nice pool, hot tub and walking distance to beach and fishing dock. Condo was had wonderful view of the ocean . Would stay again ! Thank you

Wonderful View and Charming Condo

My Husband and I have been renting at Shipp's Landing for 12 years. We have stayed in "Phase One" and love the views here. This is our first time staying in this condo and I consider it the best location and the most comfortable, The accomodations are terrific and the owners are great to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
