Listen to the Waves Crash and Enjoy Ocean Views from your living room or one of the three bedrooms which have access to your over 400 sqaure foot Balcony.
Entertaining Guests is a Breeze with this Terrific Open Floor Plan. No attention to detail was left untouched by the owners, who handpicked the furniture, linens, dinnerware, artwork and accessories, wanting to make sure their guests experienced a vacation of a lifetime. The cozy electric fireplace and big Screen Smart TV are surrounded by reclining leather sofa and chairs. The spacious dining room table comfortably sits eight with extra seating at the breakfast bar. The large, well-equipped kitchen is a dream for any chef who dares to cook while on vacation.

The tastefully decorated owner's suite offers a Plush King Size Mattress, for maximum comfort, a Smart TV, and a lavish bathroom which also has a television for the weary traveler in need of a long soak in the tub.

The second suite has a king size bed, twin trundle bed, a smart tv and a designated bathroom. Perfect for a couple with small children.
A third bedroom also has a king size bed, television and direct access to a bathroom.
Finally, the movie room is a perfect place for kids to hang out after an exciting day at the beach. This room also has two twin beds.

Ocean Vistas, located at 1925 S Atlantic Ave, has an ocean front heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and private beach access. There is also an indoor lounge with a big screen tv and Billiards table, fitness Room, Saunas, and an executive business center with conference room WiFi printer and fax available. Also, a Sun Deck covered in soft patio lounge chairs, and Adirondack chairs for residents to enjoy soaking in a few rays.

The best way to get around Daytona Beach is by car, so bring your most impressive set of wheels to roll around this automobile-obsessed city. And enjoy the fact that unless it's a race day, traffic shouldn't be problem. Also, remember: you can drive on the beach. For a small daily fee, you can drive and park on the sand in designated places.

This was our 6th family vacation to Daytona and our family has agreed we will never stay anywhere other than this condo. I can not pick my favorite amenity but the private parking, large kitchen, and huge balcony are just a few.

Ocean Paradise

This property is outstanding. We were 6 women on a girls trip for 5 days. The property was way more than we expected in all aspects. Beautifully decorated, great location, LR, DR and Kitchen spacious and accommodating. All aspects of this condo were excellent and well managed. Our stay at Ocean Vista from the time we arrived until we left was the best !!! Amy was very helpful showed us around and answered any questions no matter when I text her . It was just as advertised , was very clean , had everything you might need . Anytime ran into any staff they were very friendly !!! We loved it so much we already rented it for next summer !!!

Ocean vista

This made our second year staying at ocean vista condo 402 and it didn’t disappoint!!! We got there earlier then check in and Amy met us early !!! Check in was less than 5 minutes . Was clean it has everything you need . The only thing that would be good to have that they didn’t have is a cordless vacuum being at the beach there is lots of sand but we just swept so no big deal . We had a little mishap with no water at one point but I text the host Amy and she got the problem fixed !!! We have already booked for next year !!!

Amazing Condo!

We've been going to different beaches the week of July 4th for over 20 years and this is by far the nicest condo we've ever stayed at. From booking to checking out Amy was awesome and made everything so simple. The condo was so well equipped and had plenty of beach stuff so we didn't have to bring any of ours. The only downside to this vacation was the location. We didn't fall in love with Daytona Beach. It was a little to old and busy for us.

Absolute Perfection!

Everything about this property and Amy is 100% elegance and class. You don’t need to bring your beach towels, your hair dryer, your mini coolers for the beach, your chairs for the beach (there are 4 in the closet), beach buckets/shovels, and there is an ice machine down stairs. We were way over packed with these items…we won’t be staying anywhere else again. The beds were comfy, the decor gorgeous and the balcony our absolute favorite spot! Thanks again, Amy!

Best rental in 14 years of vacations

We’ve been vacationing with this group for 14 years and this was BY FAR the nicest, cleanest, most well appointed rental we have stayed in. We didn’t need anything other than groceries. The beds were phenomenal with the exception of the movie room. The kids didn’t really complain much though. Our only wish was that it was a back unit so we could see sunrise/sunset from the gorgeous balcony but I don’t think Amy can move the sun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool, fire pit and hot tub were perfect to end a day on the beach.

Beach 402 ocean vista condo

The condo was beautiful. I appreciated the tour at check in. The condo was stocked with trash bags and laundry soap which we also appreciated. The condo is huge and very well decorated and stocked with everything you could need. We did drop our phone between the couch and noticed it hadn't been moved by the amount of stuff and dust under it and behind it. The master bedroom had blackout shade but the other two bedrooms did not. But its a gorgeous place and we are very glad we stayed. The pool was nice and hot tub was good too. Also the security guard was very nice and suggested some good restaurants near by.

Stunning Condo

This condo unit was beautiful with all the amenities needed, it seriously has EVERYTHING which made me feel at home. I would say this was one of the best until I have rented from VRBO . Amy was very responsive and provided our family members with a tour and they said how wonderful she was (hopefully we can meet in person next time). I truly had an amazing vacation and LOVE LOVE LOVE this rental.

Just 5.5 miles long, the city features coastline on both sides: the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Residents and visitors alike take advantage of the pristine beach – whether for sunrise walks or bicycling, frolicking in the sand and surf, or enjoying the quiet solitude of the setting sun. Boats sail and cruise along the waterway, making the views from either the east or the west particularly scenic.
