The Tipsy Mermaid is a beach front, one bedroom, luxury condo located in the highly sought after Long Beach Resort. Located on the first floor with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! Floor to ceiling windows in bedroom & living area provide outstanding beach scenery. This stylishly decorated condo is newly renovated. Full sized washed & dryer located in the unit. Long Beach Resort boast three pools, 1300 feet of beach frontage, fully gated and located in the heart of Panama City Beach! ✨ PLEASE READ: Resort Enhancement Project & Special Rates! ✨

Hello potential guests! Transparency is very important to us, so we want to provide an update on a resort-wide project.

Long Beach Resort is currently undergoing a major exterior re-stuccoing and beautification project, which will continue until early winter 2026. This will ensure the resort remains a premier destination for years to come!

How this might impact your stay:

Balcony Access - our balcony work is complete! The balcony has FULL access.

Potential for Noise: As with any construction project, there may be associated noise during working hours (typically Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM).

Condo was just as nice in person as the pictures that were shown.Roger was very good at communicating with us through out our stay and responded very quickly to any of our questions.We have stayed at the Long Beach many times and this is one of the nicest condos we have booked.

An absolute gem of a find

My husband found The Tipsy Mermaid condo and we instantly booked as we were looking for a “on the beach” spot. This place was clean, modern, and on the first floor ON THE WATER. The booking was easy, the communication was very prompt with the owners and they checked in to make sure are needs were met. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week as everything was perfect! They also have two more rentals. We will definitely be holding on to there information and will absolutely book with them again. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable. -W & L

The Tipsy Mermaid is a beautiful place to stay, and is close to all the attractions in PCB. The check-in process was simple, and the property owners made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be going back.

The Tipsy Mermaid was the perfect vacation spot for my husband and myself! The host was amazing! They answered every question in a timely manner and even went above and beyond on their recommendations! The condo was beautifully decorated and has everything we needed! We are already planning a return trip!

Loved that the condo was on the 1st floor easy access to the parking lot, pool, and beach. There is security at the resort. Condo was clean and very nicely decorated great for a couple.

EXCELLENT

You can't beat this 1 bedroom condo. Communication and flexibility with the owner was excellent they checked on us after the area had severe weather and just exceeded our expectations. The location is easy access to everything you need. We walked to Pineapple Willy's every day. If you are wondering about the property. The two smaller pools are heated but the large lagoon pool is not which would probably be fine for most in the summer. We brought our own beach chairs but the unit does have 2. We didn't see an umbrella but that was fine for us. Just be aware that if you want beach service it is about $250 for the week. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Great Getaway!

This condo was beautiful and very clean! The decor was stunning and made us feel right at home! Equipped with everything we needed and the Alexa made for a nice touch. Loved all the windows and open views of the beach! We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Great and quick communication from the owners was a huge selling point. From start to finish, excellent 5 stars all around!
