Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Skylights flood the main living areas with Florida sunshine, and wide sliding doors draw your eyes straight out to the fully fenced backyard - where a private pool and spa sit ready for you every single day of the year. This five-bedroom Orlando Area villa was built with big groups in mind: families who need genuine breathing room, kids who want to run free, and adults who are ready to kick back after a full day at the parks.

Sleeping arrangements
Fourteen guests are well looked after across five bedrooms and a family room. On the first floor, the master ensuite is anchored by a king bed and opens directly onto the pool area through sliding doors - it also features a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and a bidet. Upstairs, a second ensuite offers another king bed. The remaining bedrooms include a room with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and a room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Every bedroom comes with its own smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room rounds things out with a sectional sofa, a queen sofa bed, and its own smart TV - giving the whole group a place to settle in together.

Game room & entertainment
When the parks can wait, the air-conditioned game room steps up. A 55-inch TV anchors the space, and a pool table, foosball table, arcade games, life size games, and board games mean there is always something to compete over, no matter the age group. A dedicated children's playroom - stocked with books and toys for ages 0 through 10+ and fitted with baby safety gates - keeps the youngest guests happily busy. For anyone who needs to stay connected, a dedicated workspace in a quiet room with a door is available. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep every corner comfortable from morning to night.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for serious group cooking. A Maytag refrigerator, Maytag stove, Maytag stainless steel single oven with built-in air fryer, microwave, and dishwasher handle the heavy lifting, while a blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine cover the extras. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and baking sheets are all on hand. A dining table brings everyone together for meals, and coffee is provided each morning to start the day right.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard is where the group will naturally gravitate. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture surround the pool and spa - both available year-round and open 24 hours a day. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. A charcoal BBQ grill is included, and a propane grill is available as an optional rental. An outdoor dining area is set up for group meals al fresco, and a half bath accessible directly from the pool area means no one has to track water through the house.

Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms serve the home. The first-floor master ensuite features a soaking bathtub, standalone shower, and bidet. Starter kit toiletries - including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - hair dryers, and hot water are available throughout.

Families & little ones
This home is genuinely set up for families traveling with young children. A crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, baby safety gates, an outdoor playground, and babysitter recommendations are all in place so you can focus on making memories rather than logistics.

Location
Situated in the Orlando Area, the villa puts guests within easy reach of world-famous theme parks, golf courses, shopping, and local dining. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock. A shared gym is located close to the property, and free resort access gives guests use of nearby resort facilities. Four driveway spaces and free street parking are available on-site, and self check-in via keypad makes arrival effortless.

Good to know
The home is pet-friendly (up to 50 lbs with approval). A free in-unit washer and dryer, exterior security cameras facing outward, and housekeeping available at an extra cost round out the essentials.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
