Disavillatee is just about 15 minutes from Disney and is adapted to be accessible for wheelchair users. There is a stylish Master suite, an elegant Queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms which can be converted to fashionable king rooms and a bunk bed room. We provide a selection of upgrades to complement your vacation - a fab game room, a southeast facing private pool and hot tub, High Speed WiFi internet, 75inch Smart TV in the living room with upgraded cable, 40 inch Smart Tv in Master suite and smart tvs in all other bedrooms. As well as being adapted for wheelchair users, we also provide an array of items which may be useful to you as a wheelchair user, including a pool hoist, a mobile hoyer type hoist and shower wheelchair.

We have carefully remodelled a fun and relaxing environment to help make your holiday experience a memorable one. Recent upgrades include luxuriously appointed furnishings throughout the home, as well as handicapped access so that everyone can stay here in spacious comfort and style. We're proud to have installed roll in shower, handrails, ramps, and shower seats to make the home accessible to people with special needs. You don’t need to leave your pet behind, our house is pet friendly!
Of course, coming to Orlando is a retreat for the whole family. We have turned the kid’s rooms into a wonderful visceral of imagination to accompany their vacation to one of the most memorable destinations on earth. You will find fun themes that make the kids feel just as comfortable as the adults within our happy home. Our goal is to have everyone who stays at Tranquility feel relaxed and good about the time spent here. Located in a quiet, secluded setting; with backing behind a conservation area of pristine natural Florida woodlands. Tranquility is surrounded by expansive lawns and picturesque palms. It is also situated on one of the larger, most private sites in all of Highlands Reserve.

In addition to the lavish interior, the exterior of the home is all about luxury!
DISAVILLATEE offers a large screened-in pool deck with a beautiful swimming pool, a private free-standing hot tub (New 2021), posh padded deck furniture and a full-size gas/electric grille. (Pool heating can be arranged at extra cost so that you can always rely on a pleasantly warm swim in any season.)

Nestled amongst the orange groves of the gently rolling central Florida countryside, Highlands Reserve is just 12 miles southwest of Disney World and is considered to be one of the most prestigious resorts in the Disney area. This beautiful resort features a stunning 18-hole championship golf course, communal pool, tennis courts and a kid’s playground.

While DISAVILLATEE offers seclusion and privacy, everything you need to make the most of your stay is very, very close by. A short walk brings you to Berry Town Center with a Publix supermarket, shops, hairdresser, a beauty spa, restaurants, banks and more. And, Interstate 4 (I-4) is a mere 5 minutes away, making all of Florida easily accessible if you should decide to explore the Sunshine State by car!

All I can say is FANTASTIC! But since you are reading my review you are expecting more. So here are the details.
Most important we were looking for a rental that was handicapped accessible. As advertised, the entrance, the kitchen, master bedroom, the bathroom, shower and pool were all accessible. The shower and bath were fully equipped with hand rails, seats, and shower wand. The shower was very large so as care giver there was no problem helping. But the biggest joy was the pool had a lift which allowed my wife to access the pool every day. If was very safe and easy to use and she really enjoyed swimming for the first time in years.
The rest of the property, what can I say. The biggest surprise was a flat screed TV in all the bedrooms and a monster HD flat screen in the living room. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook breakfast everyday and make snacks in the evening.
Our normal day was pool at 6:00 AM, off to nearby parks by 9:00, then back home in the evening to swim until midnight.
This rental was base camp for the best Florida vacation ever. I will be returning and am also recommending this property to all my friends.
