This popular open-concept unit has two levels - the living room, dining room & fully equipped kitchen, front balcony with outdoor furniture, and two master bedrooms/baths on the main level. The other two master bedrooms/baths are on a lower level, which ensures privacy and quiet between bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. Central air and ceiling fans throughout will keep you cool during warm summer days. The attached two-car garage with a private dedicated driveway has plenty of free off-street parking space for up to three cars!

Your little ones are important to us and with them in mind we have installed safety outlets throughout the unit as well as built-in baby gates at both the top and bottom of the unit stairs. We also provide one portable crib and one folding highchair at no additional cost.

Most linens (bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels & beach towels) are the responsibility of the guest to bring from home and mandatory to help us preserve the life of the anti-microbial & allergen free mattress and pillow protectors. Two pillows per guest and a light quilt on each bed are provided at no additional cost. Enhanced cleaning practices are implemented at this property as outlined by the CDC.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Travelers who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in will get back 50% of the amount they've paid. However, we know these are uncertain times and we will make every effort to work with you if the unexpected does occur at the last minute. If we can rebook your week, you will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee.
