All was great. Loved the house, view and especially the heated pool. Only down side was lots a work to check out (fridge cleanout, start wash, dishes, garbage to road). Other rentals require less.

Thank you for the great feedback, much appreciated. I think that there was a misunderstanding. Fridge cleanouts or start wash and dishes is no requirement. I assume the guest consultant asked nicely whether you can do that.

The property managers were amazing to work with! The view from almost every room was spectacular. We were even blessed with seeing dophins in the lake right near our dock. Beautiful sunsets

Amazing place to relax

Everything was perfect from the booking to the end of the stay. The house and the view are beautiful. If you want a place to relax, this is it! Cannot wait to come back again!

Perfection

If the pictures piqued your interest you will not be disappointed upon arrival. Everything was perfect from beginning to end, we were sad when our time to depart quickly approached and look forward to returning again soon.

March Stay

very nice property. the only furniture in the living room was a couch which looked very nice but was not comfortable for more than an hour or so. No chairs so we used the dining chairs from the lanai. Very clean and great view. The pool was nice size visually but the bowl shape vs vertical walls reduced the size by significantly. Good for lounging but not for swimming

Hi Richard, thank you for taking your time to leave a feedback. Sorry to hear that the sofa was uncomfortable. First time we hear about this. Many things in a house always are subject to different tastes. It is difficult to always meet the taste for everyone. It's similar with mattresses, where everyone really does have different tastes. But I am glad the outside chairs did work. Pool: You are correct, bowl shaped pools are never that great for swimming. Thank you!

A Very Special Place

Pros: The veiw is gorgeous every day and night. Kitchen was well equipped and pool was excellent! Showers are lovely. Cons: No rugs in the entire house make each room very cold and loud. When the TV is on it echoes everywhere. No hooks in bed/bathrooms to hang a robe. No vacuum cleaner.

Thank you Julie, much appreciated. I double checked with my property manager. We can't tell about vacuum cleaner. It should be there either garage next to waterheater or in guest hallway pantry closet. Sorry if there was none and we have overseen this. Hooks: We agree. We have clothes hangers in closets and always thought that's enough because no complaints yet. But it makes sense what you wrote and we will take care of it now.

Beautiful House with Breathtaking View

We have rented in Cape Coral five times and this house had the best, most relaxing view! House was well designed, spotlessly clean. And fun! Beds were comfortable. Harald did a great job welcoming us, was full of helpful information and showed up on time when we had to leave. We would definitely stay there again!

5 stars! Exceptional customer service, beautiful property with all the amenities

We stayed for 9 days and had an amazing time. Great area, home is on a quiet full de sac and filled with everything you need. Great info on the area, restaurant recommendations and rentals. We did the boat rental and had an amazing time! Thanks Lars and your amazing team!
