III Palms Oasis - 4/3 Electric Heated Pool & Spa with Gulf Access, Tiki Hut and Boat Dock

Beautiful gulf access vacation home in SW Cape Coral. Immaculate! Amazing outdoor living space including outdoor grill, refrigerator and sink, tiki hut with stools, sun loungers, ample dining and seating space, Smart television, and more. Add to that the southern pool exposure for maximum sun, and fully automated pool and spa system, that includes multi-color lights, waterfall spa, and electric heater. House is equipped with pool alarm, especially helpful for guests with smaller children.

The master suite offers direct access to the pool deck and has a beautiful huge bath including walk-around shower, and centered garden tub. Large walk-in closet offers more space than you can use for your clothing and belongings.

3 more bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. The king suite offers pool access and an adjoining full bath that can be closed off to the hallway and become a private bath to the king suite. The other two bedrooms both offer queen beds and share the 3rd bath including pool access and walk-in shower

All listed amenities are included in the rental price.
Guests must sign waiver to have access to bicycles and kayaks.
The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will incur a small fee. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.

Everything needed for great family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family spring break vacation! The house was extremely clean & comfortable. We loved the spacious patio and pool & spa area and spent a great deal of time outdoors. Everything we could have needed was there!! Very clean house and yard. Plenty of towels, bikes for riding, pool and hot tub was warm upon arrival, within 15 minutes of anything u could possibly need and a quiet neighborhood. Loved the idea of the extra mattresses with bedding.

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay! The house was so gorgeous and so clean! Everything you could have asked for they had on hand for you, right down to the smallest thing. Well thought out for their guests. The outdoor beautiful pool area was so clean and water was perfect. Many nights were spent playing cards and watching the Brewers outside and many days were spent in the pool. The nighttime fish light was amazing to watch every night, too! Saw so many huge fish around it.The house is located in a quiet area and conveniently located close to many attractions and stores. So many positives of this place to list. Only negative is we couldn't stay longer! Thank you for an amazing time! We hope to be back!

Spring break with 2 families

The house and the amenities were perfect for our needs. The pool/patio area was fantastic and the kitchen was very well equipped which was awesome with our food allergies/dietary restrictions. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated that they had cleaning supplies at the property so we could clean up after 4 kids. The only negative thing I can think of about the property is that despite having a bunch of TVs throughout the place, the direct Tv subscription is so minimal you can’t find anything to watch and the smart TV platform is too slow to use Netflix very well.
