The house and property is beautiful ! Very comfortable house, awesome kitchen. The pool and Lani was wonderful. Talked to and met lu and Martina, great hosts. We had a great time !!!

Perfect Family Home

House was great with everything you would ever need to keep the family having fun. Pool was beautiful! House very clean and gourmet kitchen! We rented a boat which this home has a huge dock to accommodate.

Everything was perfect

Communication with the owners was great. The house was very well maintained. The pool was very warm and weather was perfect. I would highly recommend renting this house.

All we could have hoped for!

We had a fabulous time and had absolutely no disappointment in this choice of a vacation home. The entire property was immaculate, everything we needed and more was supplied, and the owners made themselves available to answer any questions. Would go back in a heart beat.

Beautiful home!

We throughly enjoyed our one month stay in February at Villa Martina! The home is beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. Loved the warm pool and lanai area! Communication with the owner was wonderful too! We hope to stay here again as it is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood is also quiet and conveniently located. A+++++

Villa Martina -Paradise

The property was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities! Great location and easy access to supermarket and fabulous restaurants on the water. The host communication was fabulous! Once we arrived, never had any issues so did not require assistance. Check in was simple as well as check out! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so amazing!

Relaxing Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Martina. The property is beautiful - everything is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet! I have never stayed at a vacation property with as many wonderful amenities - plenty of extra towels, kitchen appliances, outdoor equipment like kayaks for the canal. All of the kids raved about how comfy the beds were. Everyone enjoyed the pool and plenty of fishing was done at the dock. Sanibel & Ft Myers Beach were close enough for beach day trips. The owners and property managers were kind and very helpful & responsive. Overall, a beautiful property to soak in the Florida sun with family!

A Great Experience

A beautiful property PERFECT for our family. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The owners were great and we especially appreciated their obtaining a pack and play for our infant grandchild. The house and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would most definitely consider coming back.

Wonderful Home

Wonderful holiday stay!

Our family stayed over the holiday for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the property! Kitchen was amazing and fully equipped with all the appliances possible. The kids swam all day as the pool was perfectly warm. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice— parents walked in the morning. The kayaks, fishing poles, beach essentials and ping pong table were an added bonus! Plenty of towels, extra roll away beds and bedding as needed. Highly recommend!
