Four Suites in Queen Anne Victorian Downtown Savannah

Formerly a bed and breakfast! Each of the 4 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom! Incredible location. Absolutely gorgeous historic character in this pristine genuine 1800's residence

This location is in the northern part of Savannah's Landmark Historic District. This is walkable to all tourist destinations, shopping, dining, museums and the River.

Full kitchen on the main floor, plus powder room and expansive double parlor with living room and dining rooms. Gorgeous stained glass entryway will be the ideal back drop for your trip photos!

This rental is for the 'main house' which is floors 2, 3 and 4 of this building. There is no elevator. The ground level of the building is a separate rental with no shared indoor spaces.

There are 2 King bedroom suites and 2 Queen bedroom suites in this home. There is a casual living room upstairs and a formal living room downstairs.

Optional $15 fee for use of one private off street parking spot behind the home. If you do not wish to use our parking space or have additional vehicles, parking is easily handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space on street through an app of your phone.

Guests please be aware:
We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Really great experience at the home. We sat on the porch a couple nights to soak in the scene. It is walking distance to pretty much everything that you could want to do or see. The feel of the home made it such a unique stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great! Easy walk to parks, river, dining, shopping.The decor is so cute - eclectic traditional. It was perfect for 7 of us ladies. An absolutely charming property with a great location! The upstairs lounge is a great spot to relax, and having 4 ensuites is the perfect setup to retreat from the family if a large group is in residence. Be aware that this property is directly across from the fire station, so light sleepers and late risers beware. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, flatware, and serving dishes, but plan to bring your own specialty kitchen tools if you are doing serious cooking. We look forward to another opportunity to come visit Savannah and stay here again!

This home was the perfect place for four couples visiting Savannah. Everyone had their own space, the location is perfect for walking to all the best bars and restaurants and the home was beautiful. It is a historic home not a new remodel which shows but doesnt take away from the property. Also it is directly across from the fire station and we determined that every morning about 8am they test each siren on the trucks for a brief time and run some of their tools. Just good to be aware of if hoping to sleep in. In all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this property again for a future trip.

In town for a wedding week. We stayed with our three grown children and their spouses. Plenty of room for socializing or alone time. Great location and quite fancy. It was like having your own B&B all to yourself.Just a note. If you have older people or anyone with which stairs are a challenge, this is not the place for you. There are lots of stairs.

Our stay here was FANTASTIC! The house had everything we needed for our weekend and was exactly as pictured in their photos - so eclectic. The location is walkable to everything in the historic district, and comfortably fit our group of 8 women (full bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge help)! Mary was communicative, and we definitely hope to stay here again the next time we do a group weekend in Savannah. Can’t recommend this house enough!!
