This was a terrific place to stay for a ski week and to visit friends and family. It was super clean, convenient to both mountains and downtown/freeway and thoughtfully appointed with nice art, new fixtures etc. The garage was a plus and the location was quiet and safe. We’d stay again!! Communication and check in/out was great and the property manager was very responsive.

Unit was clean and in a safe area. We came to ski and Utah didn’t disappoint. Brighton and Alta isn’t far away. There was a heater provided for downstairs area. We like it cold when we sleep so it was fine with us. The only thing renters need to be aware of is the garage. The ceiling is Very low. Thankfully we rented a van so it was short enough. I am 5’5 and I could easily touch the ceiling. Therefore parking could be a big issue for some people.

Peace and quiet

This was the perfect place for us. Quiet, little dead end road across from an elementary school. Perfect for evening walks. Set off the main road so no street noise. And so close to movie theater, and our two favorite places to eat, Eggs in the City and Harbor seafood and steak . Also quick access to the freeway to take you anywhere in the SLC area. We will definitely keep this place on our radar for our trip next year.

This home is nestled in the East Millcreek neighborhood within blocks of the freeway entrance. You can be downtown in less than 15 minutes or hiking one of Utah's many trails in less than 15 minutes.

Also this home is less than 30 minutes to Park City.

What makes this property unique

We specialize in providing a space for the different needs of travelers. This large 3 bedroom will transport for you a relaxing environment. Great for a family or group of business travelers.

This large 3 bedroom is perfect for a stay whether you’re in town to enjoy Utah’s winter sports or here for business. Our location puts you within a half mile of the freeway with quick access to downtown or the mountains for an easy 30 minute drive to world-class ski resorts in Salt Lake or Park City.

You will find the décor tasteful, the beautiful pops of green catch your eye and the pleasant art on the walls adds to the ambiance. We've added a 65" 4K smart television in the living room for your viewing pleasure.

The master bedroom is equipped with a KING sized bed that has a very comfortable memory foam mattress that you will fall in love with. Also the bedroom has a 55" 4K smart television, dressers for guest use as well as two closets.

The second bedroom is equipped with a QUEEN sized bed with a fantastic mattress and 43" 4K TV.

The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with TWIN mattress on top and a FULL size mattress on the bottom. There is also a 43" 4K smart TV to enjoy.

Additionally we have added a very comfortable QUEEN size memory foam sleeper sofa in both the living room upstairs, and the family room downstairs that will accommodate extra guests. Each living area also comes with a beautiful 4K Smart TV to enjoy Netflix, YouTube TV programming, or in the downstairs family room, you can also play on our PlayStation Pro!

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a hearty, home-cooked meal.
