Our home features all NEW furnishings, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Cute, cozy furniture and bedding look like it's straight from a West Elm catalog. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Our home is 2 blocks away from downtown so please be aware parking is a little tricky to find the first time but we are always available to help if needed. Let us know if you have any questions!

This was the perfect spot while I was in town for a conference! It is in a beautiful area just a few minutes walk from downtown Salt Lake City. The home was amazingly clean with lots of amenities such as laundry soap, shampoo, dish washing tabs, and trash bags. It is a cozy and well decorated home, and I spent a lot of time just enjoying the property!A few things to keep in mind: - The property is up on a hill, so the walk to downtown is all down hill, but the walk back to the home is quite a bit of incline.- The property is part of a duplex, so we had neighbors (who were wonderful) that we shared the back yard and patio with.- The fenced back yard was under construction while we were there which meant we were not able to leave our dog outside unsupervised (also to consider the neighbors), but once the renovations are complete I think it will be a great yard for a dog to hang out in.Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area for short or long-term stays!
