This property was exactly as it’s listed. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and it had all the necessary essentials (linens and kitchen ware). The access to the beach was ideal. I highly recommend staying for a tranquil beach getaway.

Sneads Folly was immaculate,well appointed and located steps from the beach. We loved the location which was less developed than other parts of the blvd. We would definitely stay there again!

We appreciated the relax atmosphere and the close proximity to beach. I loved the affordability and that it was dog friendly. This is a silly thing to note but the pillows were great and if I had known I wouldn’t have bothered packing my own. I’m thankful for the time my family got to spend together and that we were able to stay there. I would stay there again.

Great cottage and location. Ocean view from the front porch was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. Beach access is right across the street and area was quiet and no crowds on the beach, even on the weekend. The cottage is older, but clean and charming. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely book again.
