The townhouse has a gourmet kitchen, including Decor SS appliances, Subzero, granite counter tops, dishwasher and a wet bar. This circa 1870’s home also boasts a courtyard garden, original woodwork, heart pine floors, pocket doors, four fireplaces, an antique deep cast iron tub, and a second floor bedroom balcony. Amenities include a washer/dryer unit, Cable, Flat Screen TV, VCR, WiFi, central heating & cooling up stairs and down.Two private off-street parking places at the townhouse a premium in Historic Savannah's downtown, that few homes offer. Georgia's first city has many beautiful old churches on almost every square. You will also want to find time to visit the Telfair Museum, go on walking tours, and catch a carriage.

Why Steve Framke chose Savannah

The townhouse has the feel of what it was like living in Savannah back during the 1800, very little has been changed from how it was originally built. with most of the original wood work, stair cases, and the beautiful heart pine floors. The second reason was the near ideal location, near the center of historic district everything is with in walking distance. Also very few homes in the historic district have private parking on the property, the majority have none, or spaces in a parking garage a distance away from the home.

What makes this townhome unique

Parking is at a premium downtown, we have two private parking places on the property! We also have unmetered parking in the front of the townhouse. The townhouse is a home, not a condo that you share the building with others. The home's furnishings are of top quality with many antiques.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable!

If you're coming to Savannah for SCAD graduation, this is the place to stay! Walking distance to the ceremonies, a great deli across the street, with downtown historic Savannah all around you. This rental is comfortable, clean, decorated in true Southern charm. Lovely backyard courtyard and off street parking, you can't go wrong!

Good location, great private parking

Charming home in a good location for sightseeing in Savannah. Comfortable beds and kitchen appliances in good working order. Only "minus" was the master bedroom does not have a shower (has a clawfoot tub) so we had to share the shower in the 2nd bathroom with the other couple.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the kind words. On the tub, I every once in a while though during those 11 years I have rented my home get that one complaint by far the most. Pleasing every guest is important to us, and we sure don't want anything that is an inconveniences to our guests. I would like all to understand that in our description of my home I do tell you in writing that their is one shower, one tub in the home, we do have both bathroom in our photos of the home that show one shower one tub. It's always good to read the full description of a home your getting ready to stay in for a few days so their are no surprises, that create any an inconvenience to our guests. Each home owner is required to describe in photos and the written word what is available in the home. We did describe it in the description, and did show photos two view or more of the bathrooms upstairs and the half bath down stairs. that is on VRBO or Home away idea to describe your home the best you can. We are sorry for your inconvenience you were great guests.

Great location and super comfy.

We stayed here this past weekend with another couple and we had a blast. It's in the perfect location. The off street parking was definitely a plus. Will stay again on another trip as we come often.

Joy in Savannah

We had a great stay. Parking in the back was great. Did not have to drive the entire time. We walked everywhere.

Great VRBO!

My parents and I rented the house for Rock and Roll Marathon. The home was perfect for our weekend. It is perfectly located near the a grocery store and the historic district. The home itself was spacious, nice kitchen, and a lovely outside seating area as well.

Damage Deposit $200

Cleaning fee is optional $135.00. If you wish you can clean the townhouse your self. We have rental agreement sent after booking, that provides list of items we provide and those you will need to take care of during your stay with us.

Deposit due upon booking. First half of rent due two months before stay, second half of rent due two weeks before stay. Deposit returned within two weeks of departure, most often it's sent after inspection.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

Please ask the owner or check their rental agreement when booking the property.
