About Steve Framke
I'm retired I lived her many year before renting it out some when I know I will not be there as much during the summer months we come live in my home more and enjoy the summers at my home and have it blocked off. JULY, AUGUST and SEPTEMBER. The rest of the time we stay off and on downtown.
Steve Framke purchased this Townhome in 2000
Why Steve Framke chose Historic District - North
The townhouse has the feel of what it was like living in Savannah back during the 1800, very little has been changed from how it was originally built. with most of the original wood work, stair cases, and the beautiful heart pine floors. If you are in love with historic home like me you will love it. The second reason was the near ideal location, near the center of the historic district on a bld street with much less traffic noise everything is with in walking distance, and the added bonus of onsite private parking, patio with a palm tree that was planted by mother Nature.
What makes this Townhome unique
Parking is at a premium downtown, we have two private parking places on the property! This home is historic We also have unmetered parking in the front of the townhouse. The townhouse is located between Habersham and Price Streets The row houses were built in two sections I am in the old section near the center with the only balcony in the front, the home was in the #Garden of Good and Evil" as the Row house with the blue front that Lady Chablis went out and walked in front of my home as mine is next door. It's my home so all the antiques I have collected are there as well. Please take care of my home.

This was a perfect spot for us, we were 2 couples looking to enjoy Savannah for a few days and enjoy a little down time together as well. The house is very clean & beautiful, with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs so you really felt like you had some privacy as well. Although we did not cook while we were there, the kitchen was set up so it would be easy if you wish to do so. Sitting for a little while in the quiet, private back yard was great as well, something you really can't do staying in a hotel. We enjoyed being within walking distance to everything we wanted to do once we arrived, so the car was nicely parked out back until we checked out. We did walking tours, the hop on/hop off trolley tour, a dolphin boat tour and enjoyed dinner at Husk and Alligator Soul, two great spots that we could walk to easily...even after after a quick stop at Leopold's for ice cream!
Check in was easy, a quick call to Steve the day of check in and everything after that was set.
If you are looking to be in the Historic District, I highly recommend staying here.
Everything was clean and well maintained. Great location. Only complaint is that the wifi was unreliable. Other than that, we would stay again!
Not sure why your connection was unreliable other than the lightning storms during your stay.
We had a great, relaxing stay!
The house had great character! The off street parking and outdoor area was a huge bonus. Convenient 15 minute walk to everything!
Charming townhome, excellent location.
Great stay in the heart of everything. Lots of southern charm. Delightful and responsive owner, too. Hope to return!
Great location, Good parking, beautiful, comfortable house.
The location was great, everything was within walking distance. The information provided by the owner was very useful regarding the nearby restaurants and shops. The parking was very easy and convenient. The charming house was beautifully decorated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Perhaps the TV could have a larger screen. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Location, location, location!
First, the location was great and having a place to park was great. The house is charming, lots of lovely antiques.
Some suggestions would be better lighting, especially in the living and dining rooms. We are sports fans and wanted to watch the playoffs and the tv is old with a washed out picture.
The new kitchen is very nice, completely furnished.
We really enjoyed our stay and and highly recommend it.
Near the center of the Historic District with in walking distance to everything.
