Home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for 6 adult ladies enjoying craft fairs weekend. Kitchen could be better supplied, had only 5 coffee cups for 6 of us staying there. We cooked breakfast each morning and a few more plates or serving dishes would have been helpful, but we made it work. Departure instructions were among the easiest I've ever encountered and much appreciated when trying to get an early start back home! Overall, we were very pleased with this house, and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

What a great property! It was the perfect location, just close enough to restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The view from the sun room was gorgeous. Will definitely be back.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay especially if you have a dog that needs to play. The fenced in yard is perfect for that. There's plenty of room to relax. It was clean and the layout was great for having family together!

Loved our stay!!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was just as pictured and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our little dog. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed reading and visiting in the cozy sunroom. We love to visit Northwest Arkansas and this will definitely be on our list to stay at again. Also great location for getting around the area!

Another Great Stay

This is our second time staying here. We came back because it is clean, quiet, and relaxing. The best feature is the fenced backyard where we can play fetch with our dog, then everyone is happy!

Perfect! We'll definitely stay again.

We rented this house while visiting family in the area and it was perfect! We had two couples and two dogs staying in the house and it had just about everything we needed, including some dog supplies. The fenced in yard was a big bonus and we loved spending time in the back porch overlooking the back yard. The house was nice, clean, and the host was very helpful and responsive. We would love to book again next time we're visiting!

Nice property in a quiet location with plenty of space. A little confusion about the bathrooms but not the host's fault. Communication was always great and timely. A small suggestion - it would be helpful to have a folder or notebook with area information (emergency info, restaurants, etc.), as well as check-out instructions. We did fine without it but some guests might find it useful.

Wonderful home away from home!

We enjoyed our Labor Day getaway to Bella Vista. What a plus we could bring our pup! My favorite place in the home was the sunroom which was spacious & comfortable. Imagine the autumnal view would be spectacular! Wonderful communication with owner & comfy beds! Great stay!

Good location. Comfy house

Location is smack between Back 40 and Little Sugar and short drive to BVille House is nice and comfortable. Fenced yard with the pups was great. Although it is rocky and slanted. The sun room was great. Overall great place

Great Hospitality

I appreciate the excellent hospitality. They supplied items that you would have in a hotel, coffee, cream, sugar, tea, shampoo, body wash, towels, etc. Very dog friendly. There are a lot of ticks in the Bella Vista area, take precautions for yourself and dogs.
