This 3 bedroom, 3 bath ocean front and view condo and luxury high rise complex has it all!!

With 3 beds and 3 baths, full kitchen, open living/dining and extra large ocean facing balcony there there is plenty of room for the whole family to transition to “Island Time”!

With a fully stocked kitchen and in-condo washer/dryer you will everything you need to relax and change your latitude! Take a very short walk down the private complex board walk right onto the sand and waves beneath your feet or enjoy a swim in one of 2 beautiful pools, one of which is well heated for enjoying year round. Not hot enough? - hop into the spa and fire up the jets and forget about the world for a few!

Check in is very easy with an inviting staff ready to welcome you and have your vacation started with no time wasted. Parking is extremely convenient with free onsite parking that also includes one under-building private garage space for your use.

Port Aransas boasts an incredible list of fabulous restaurants, excursions, and unending fishing opportunity for bay, surf and deep sea fishing and our complex has an onsite fish cleaning room for the serious anglers!

Cute condo. Loved the back patio. Always had a nice cool breeze. Hot tub wasn’t warm one night but certainly not the fault of the hosts. Did get to use it our last night. The bed was soooo cozy and the bedroom was very dark with the blinds and doors closed. Easy to sleep in and relax. We ordered pizza and had it delivered first night. I recommend reservations if going to any of the nicer places in port aransas. We goofed on that one. Not a long walk to beach. Great trip. My whole family enjoyed.

Everything was as promised and even better. The location is perfect, so close to the beach and with a beautiful view. We spent a lot of time on the porch. Everything was easy. A little too cold for us to get in the pool but it looked great. I would definitely go back and take my grandchildren.

Great location, loved being able to be on the 1st floor and using the stairs right by it. Beds were super comfy and the shades really kept the sun out and allowed you to sleep in.

Great Port A Stay

Great location to beach and access! Walkway to beach needs repairs wife & grandson fell down on boards split & sticking up in middle of walkway. Room view to beach & pools good. Security good, Noise level outside rooms great, very peaceful!

Great location

We visited Port Aransas for a triple birthday celebration. After spending a day at the beach, we went to the front desk to check in. The clerk at the front desk was bit welcoming and an unprofessional. She asked for my booking because she could not find it in her computer. As I opened the VRBO email, she seemed irritated and grabbed my phone from the counter to look for herself without asking. Other than that, everything was extremely enjoyable and I would rent this place again. The owners answered promptly when I sent a message The condo was clean, easy to get to and accommodated the five of us!

It’s ( unnecessarily ) complicated

The place itself is beautiful; tastefully furnished and with a great kitchen. Unfortunately, our experience there had a rocky start and continued to be negatively impacted by our host. He basically called me a liar in our several communications. I never got a welcome email from him. On the way there, I tried to contact him to get the entry instructions with no response. Once there, there were several issues that I texted him about. His response was that no one had ever complained to him about anything before. I rent out a home through CHBO and, when my guests have a complaint or issue, I thank them for bringing it to my attention and try to rectify it as soon as possible. I will not be renting through VRBO again because of my experience with this host.

Perfect Winter Vacation!

This property has a heated pool and large spa in a beautiful outdoor space! Both the owners and on-site staff were accessible and friendly. The beach is only a 1/4 mile walk straight from complex. The condo itself was roomy, so the 7 of us fit comfortably. We also used the tennis & pickleball courts on-site. The beach wasn't crowded and we loved being so close to go back and forth throughout the day. Great place to book for a vacation year-round!

Great Place to stay while in Port A

Condo was exactly as shown and was stocked with supplies more than expected. Love the location of this particular condo, nice large balcony and shaded a good portion of day. Easy beach access and the pool areas were nice too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was beautiful and clean. The location was great and having someone on site to check in and ask questions was huge!! 2 things I need to mention- please get a Keurig coffee maker and fix AC vent in master. Every time the air wouod come on it would rattle the entire time. Also, I would think for the price charged we would not be required to take out trash and recycling prior to housekeeping arriving.
