Gorgeous lake view!!! Spacious open floor plan allows you to enjoy your time indoors and your view outdoors.
Newly tiled patio furnished perfectly for your morning coffee or evening card game.
Living room features 54” HD Smart TV, electric fireplace, generously sized comfy sectional ideal for lounging after a day on the water; put your feet up on ottomans for movie time or gather around to use for some board game fun.
Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, air fryer, coffee maker, spices etc., so you don't need to pack quite everything.
Sleeps 8 comfortably with three bedrooms. All bedding and pillows are super comfy; all bedrooms have smart TVs.
Master has a King bed and private bath w/ walk-in shower; double vanity & walk-in closet.
Guest room has a Queen size bed with a private bath w/ walk-in shower;
Second Guest Room has two Queen size beds. Full bathroom in common area w/ a tub/shower combo.
Our Blue Anchor Bay Condominium complex has two communal swim pools, a fitness center, basketball / pickleball court combo, playground and designated swim docks, our absolute favorite is to enjoy sunny dock time and swimming in the lake.
Great location by boat and land!!! By boat we're just off the main channel MM6 inside the Gravois Arm 1MM providing a quieter and calmer experience than the Main Channel, yet still has some of the best and fun local restaurants and bars. By land, we're by Laurie, MO allowing you to avoid that crazy Osage Beach traffic and still enjoy the charms of the Ozarks, including fantastic local restaurants, movies, caves, shopping, wineries, golf, etc.

Our family has been coming down to the Lake of the Ozarks for over 40 years now. We purchased our condo 18 years ago and have made some of the best memories with our family and friends. We live in Kansas City and this has been just a little over a two hour drive getaway for us, which is nothing to drive for a quick weekend of fun. We have had many ask us if they could rent our condo out, so we have finally decided to this year. We just hope you love it as much as we do and make great memories!

We love our condo because it is on the first level, just steps from the lake for fishing, swimming, boating and evening walks. This condo is great for spring, summer, fall and winter. It has so much to offer no matter the season! Fall and Winter months it is super quiet to relax and unwind by the fire or outside on the covered deck with a book, blanket, glass of wine and an amazing view. We enjoy going to the different wineries in the Fall and playing golf just minutes away from the condo. Summer months are busier with tons of swimming, boating, socializing at the swim docs & pools with wonderful neighbors. At the top of the hill you can walk to see firework displays from the main channel, or a couple different restaurants for happy hour or breakfast. There is a pickle ball, basketball court and gym on the property for those that would like to get in some exercise.

Just a few minute walk to a boutique at Millstone Marina, Coffee Shop, Tap & Grill Brew Haus, Gas dock... you don't have to leave once you arrive and park your car. Bring your beach towels and enjoy the lake and fun!
