Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space! Grill some steaks, sit by the fire, loosen up in the hot tub, open a bottle of wine (or two) & just let go and RELAX. Owl Creek Cabin is a honeymooners delight, couples escape, and a cozy weekend getaway for the family. Cellular service may be spotty depending on your carrier but we do offer high speed internet. Or if you'd like, disconnect for a few days, grab a good book & enjoy the solitude.

Owl Creek Cabin is the love child between a classic smoky mountain cabin and a sophisticated chalet! Enjoy all the feels of reclaimed barn wood, beautifully stained wooden ceilings, soft grey colors, all new appliances, a king-sized memory foam mattress, a HUGE shower with multiple heads, and an AWESOME back porch opening up to the beauty of the woods. And don't forget about the front porch! Relax in the mornings in our comfy rocking chairs with a hot cup of coffee, soaking in the sights and sounds of the outdoors.

Wildlife is all around; bears, bobcats, turkeys, mountain lions, owls, eagles, & hawks can be seen but are rare. Except for the turkeys, we see them fairly often! Just keep your eyes peeled and DO NOT approach any wild animals for any reason.

We are on well water. If this is something you're not used to, we recommend bringing your own bottled water.

We are on our own septic. Please do not flush ANYTHING but toilet paper down the commodes and do not dump any grease down the sink.

25th Wedding Anniversary Trip

Great secluded Cabin Newly built ! Perfect for a romantic get away ! Really good Wi-Fi which is great for the 2 smart TV’s. The Owners were great to see we arrived ok and settled in not needing info on anything. Checked in on us the next day to see all was well! Beautiful little modern cabin hidden in the hills off by itself. May not be for a live TV buff no cable or satellite. All kinds of things to watch on smart tv’s with great wifi super if your tech savvy ! Also has plenty of dvd movies and even board games . Great Owners very concerned with giving best customer service ! Thanks for sharing your modern little home away from home perfect for our 25th Wedding Anniversary!

Cute cabin tucked away!

If you want to get away but not far this is your place! Its a nice little 1 bedroom cabin, great kitchen with all the appliances and utensils needed for cooking, decorated with great furniture. Large flat screen, excellent wifi (which you wouldn't expect!), large comfy, plush king bed, huge (3 shower heads?! Wow!) stone walk-in shower, beautiful views from large back deck. Has well water but owner explained would get filtration system for jacuzzi in future. Would definitely stay here again!

We are from Houston, Texas and have had the great fortune of being able to travel a bit in our lives! The Navy took me to places like Japan, Hawaii, Guam & Singapore and my wife and I spent a couple of weeks traveling through Hungary, Austria, Germany & Italy. This cabin is our first ever rental property and we have a passion to give people the opportunity to enjoy everything that it has to offer!

Why they chose this property

We honeymooned in the Smokey Mountains and instantly fell in love with the area. So, we saved and searched for the perfect cabin and this one immediately caught our attention. We love that it is a little on its own but not in total isolation. We can just show up and have a quiet, peaceful weekend while enjoying the mountain ridges and woods that infiltrate every part of every view! Come check it out!

What makes this property unique

Its hard to find a quiet spot with an easy commute in these parts. Owl Creek Cabin gives you the space you need to get away from road noise and the hustle and bustle of the local major tourist areas yet maintains a closeness that keeps you around a 25 minute drive to most major attractions. Its such an awesome opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds! So, come and get away for a few days and run over Dollywood or Smoky Mountain National park! There are zip-lines, nature walks, hikes, and opportunities to intentionally spend some time outdoors EVERYWHERE!
