Entertainer's Dream House! 5,055 sqft inside and nearly 25,000 sqft outside.
The backyard offers endless fun. A waterfall flows into a large pool with a beautiful jacuzzi. There is a high end BBQ, pizza oven, putting green, bocce ball court, and multiple fire pits. An outdoor "man cave" has a table, fireplace and TV. There is tons of space to relax and enjoy the sun with different seating areas and tables.
Inside the fun continues with a large living room and sunken wet bar. The kitchen has high-end Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. There are built in speakers throughout the house and outside that are hooked up to Sonos. All bedrooms have been recently updated and we just added new smart TVs throughout the house. There are plenty of desks and high speed internet to ensure you can get some work done while away (or to stream high definition movies/shows on multiple devices).
There is a 240v outlet in the garage to charge your electric car and a Tesla charging cable is provided. The property is also just 2 miles from town and 3 miles from the Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach).

I was born and raised in LA, attended Harvard, and lived in NYC for about 6 years before returning to LA in 2007. I recently purchased this home in La Quinta and look forward to sharing it with people.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
This is a truly unique property in La Quinta. It is about 5,100 sqft inside and the lot is nearly 30,000 sqft, so there is tons of room to relax and enjoy the amenities. It is located in a very upscale community where every home is completely custom, which is very different than all the manufactured housing communities in the desert. The pictures really don't do the home justice. It's such a special place and I hope you get you to enjoy it.
