Escape to our sunny & serene beach getaway in one of LA's most special beach towns, Playa del Rey. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features an open layout, large master suite and an office. Ideal for work and play! The open living room with a comfy couch and flatscreen TV is perfect for movie nights and watching the sunset. There's also space to workout and do yoga. Down the hall, the office has an expansive desk, seating area and printer - it's perfect for work from home. Overlooking a park and the beach beyond, this west-facing unit has lovely sunset views from every room. The condo also has the convenience of a washer & dryer in-unit, as well as one parking spot in the secured garage downstairs.

Our home is located in the heart of Playa del Rey, one of LA's most unique, small beach towns with a true neighborhood feel. Directly across the street is the Del Rey Lagoon Park which has a baseball field, playground, grassy fields and a scenic lagoon. Beyond that is the beach, just a 2-minute walk! Though Playa (as locals call it) is tiny, there are some amazing restaurants here. In fact, there are 8 restaurants just steps from our front door!

This is a hypoallergenic space. Because we have sensitivities to certain allergens, the space is cleaned and prepared to the highest standard, so our guest can also enjoy an allergen-free environment, free of dust or chemicals that might cause irritation. All bedding and mattresses are hypoallergenic and protected. Toxic chemicals and fragrances are not used to clean or launder. And there are HEPA air filters throughout the house, if you'd like to use them.

Note...this is our home, so please treat it with care and respect. The building is small and very quiet, with all the neighbors knowing one another. This is not a party place or area, it's a sleepy beach town. This rental would be ideal for two adults or a couple with a child, who are looking to getaway and relax somewhere peaceful.
