Bright Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 balconies overlooking the back pool located in the beautiful Playa Del Rey. A very large primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A 2-minute drive and 10-minute walk to the beach. It has 2 side by side parking spaces. Elevator access from the parking garage to the second floor. Great location, minutes to Dockweiler Beach, Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, Playa Vista, Loyola Marymount University, Otis College of Design, Southbay beaches and LAX , Near Santa Monica, SoFi Stadium.

Great place to stay near LAX

The condo is adorable! It was nice to have two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. It has a Keurig and K Cups were provided. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great option close to LMU

Overall it was convenient and a good option. It's a little close to the airport so you could really hear the planes when outside but wasn't loud enough to effect sleeping.

Best stay ever!

We had an amazing time at this house- it was clean, quiet, well-appointed and close enough to take a nice walk to the beach. The property owners was amazing and went well above and beyond as we were in town for a last-minute trip with a lot of uncertainty. We are so thankful for her and her kindness and empathy during our visit. Thank you again!!

Vacation

Our stay was amazing! Lori our host was the best I’ve ever had for a rental. Even though we were on vacation, the condo felt like home. It was spacious , comfortable and very clean. It had everything we needed! Lori was so welcoming and check in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this property! A big plus was the convenience to beach, downtown and airport.

Girls Trip: LA sights

The property is very cozy. All of the rooms are well-decorated, clean, and roomy. We used this as a home base to visit LA's museums and sights like the Santa Monica Pier. I also walked to the local beach one morning. It was beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Clean spacious apartment

This was a last minute rental and we’re glad it worked out! Very clean, well-stocked, spacious, bright apartment with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. The owner Lori was very helpful. Close to the ocean—wish we had more time to walk there. Thanks!

Great home away from home

My husband and I spent three weeks in Lori’s oh-so-comfortable condo, just a stone’s throw from the Pacific in Playa Del Rey. We were there while my husband received treatment at UCLA Medical Center. Lori made it easy for us to relax and enjoy this very cool part of the California coastline. Her cozy condo was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Lori was the perfect VRBO host: very helpful and quick to answer questions without encroaching on our privacy. Thanks again for the great hospitality Lori!

Nice quiet stay in safe and friendly neighborhood

Condo is exactly as represented online. Lori is a really great host. We had no issues, but if we had I am positive that she would have taken care of them right away. Condo is in a small quiet community. Plenty of room inside for our family of 4 to spread out and get a good nights rest while visiting LA and the surrounding areas. The property is fully stocked with all of the comforts of home, so travelers can pack light and still be very comfortable.

I care about my guests and I want them to have the best vacation/staycation experience so that they can enjoy their time with family and their loved ones.

Why they chose this property

I love living in Playa Del Rey because it's a small beach community right in the center of it all. We have privacy from most because we are tucked away in a little corner of the marina surrounded by the wetlands. We are minutes from the airport which is nice if you travel, and access to three major highways within minutes. The 405, 90 and 105.
This building,] features two open courtyards and this unit has a beautiful view of the back pool and Jacuzzi and is safely located on the second floor in a corner unit.

This condominium includes a fireplace, brand new centrail air & heating, HVAC system, brand new washer and dryer, built-in microwave, range, oven and dishwasher.
