Great time!

Steven was super nice host. We really enjoyed staying at this property. House is very clean, nicely furnished, backyard has stunning fruit trees, neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We really enjoyed our small vacation! Thank you, Steven from Wilks family, we hope we will see you next time!

Steve and Christine (Chris) Szalo own this beautiful Peach Blossom Drive home and live in it during the cold weather months as snowbirds. We are from Davenport Iowa. We both still work but are very socially active, especially with pickleball. We love the Sun City West community and are sure you will too.

Why they chose this property

This is a special property in a special community. There is NO riffraff here, it is safe and secure. People are generally friendly and social. The weather is awesome, and the traffic is almost non-existent inside the community. We are surrounded by swimming pools, hot tubs, recreational centers, pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball, bowling, clubs, dancing, theater, golf, concerts on the lawn, and so much more. Having your morning coffee while sitting in the front patio is more than enough and having your glass of wine at night on the back patio is so refreshing. This place is heaven.

What makes this property unique

This is in an HOA so rules apply with respect to parking, exterior appearance and behavior. You can stay as an individual, with your spouse or mate, and even have room for grandkids to some extent. This house is centrally located inside the Sun City West 55+ Active Adult Community and requires membership to most amenities or a sponsorship club daily fee of some sort. Outside of the SCW community restaurants and events surround us. Several winter baseball teams have stadiums everywhere and the Phoenix Cardinal stadium is 20 minutes away. Tennis and pickleball tournaments are very active here. Sedona is about an hour north and there is so much going on every day.
