Fun in the sun with friends

We are 3 active older adult women. We stayed in the house for the month of March along with my small dog. We found the location and amenities great for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with good cookware and dining needs. We used the grill and found it well maintained and easy to use. The property manager was responsive with the few small items that needed attention. We liked it so well that we would like to return next year.

Perfect Family Stay for Dad's 90th Birthday Celebration

My family and I stayed at this charming 3BR/3Bath home in Sun City, Arizona while attending my dad's 90th birthday celebration, and it exceeded all our expectations!The property was exactly as described in the listing. Each bedroom was comfortable and spacious, and having three bathrooms was perfect for our group - no waiting in line during morning routines! The home featured all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully-equipped kitchen to quality linens and towels.Location was absolutely ideal - we had every fast food option imaginable within minutes, several grocery stores nearby for stocking up the kitchen, plus some wonderful sit-down restaurants for more formal dining experiences. This made coordinating meals around the birthday festivities completely stress-free.The neighborhood was peaceful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after our daily celebrations. We particularly appreciated how easy it was to get to and from our dad's place for the birthday events.If you're planning a family gathering in the Sun City area, I can't recommend this rental highly enough. It provided the perfect home base for our special occasion and created a wonderful environment for making lasting memories. We'll definitely book again for our next family visit!
