**Right now we are only taking bookings for 2 people***. This four-bedroom, two and a half bath, around 3,000-square foot home, has a spacious and flowing open floor plan, two-level outdoor deck and 4 large bedrooms. Perfect for entertaining a group or family for Derby (indoors and outdoors!) and for the holidays! Reach out to us regarding holiday specials!


Also talk about LOCATION, this home is easy access to the best restaurant and bar scenes around Louisville. You will be in the Brownsboro Road/St. Matthews area and the house is a skip away from Frankfort Ave., NULU, and the Highlands/Bardstown Road area (5-15 minute drive). Walkable distance to some of the most popular restaurants in town (Mojitos (Spanish/Cuban Tapas style), Grassa Gramma (Italian), Shiraz (Mediterranean), Thai CafĂ©, Liege and Dairy (the best ice-cream shop), boutiques (Rodeo Drive and Rhodes), locally loved grocery store Paul’s Fruit Market, Holiday Manor, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, free tennis courts, and gas station (with designated sidewalks to get there.) Beautiful, convenient, and quiet!

This home had everything we needed for our stay and is situated at the end of a quiet street. Easy interstate access. Nice bedrooms with comfy beds and linens. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy a few meals in. We appreciated having access to the garage and beautiful back yard. We would stay there again!

April visit to Louisville

The property is what it presents on VRBO. Nice neighborhood, especially in April with dog woods and redbuds in bloom. Great restaurants within a short driving distance. Churchill downs is about a 20~30 minute drive. Great deck in the back. We did not attempt to use the hot tub so can not comment on that. Great accommodations in my opinion.

Bourbon With A Side Of Golf

My two sons, brother-in-law and I pick a destination each year for a golf trip. This year we chose Louisville, KY. In a short three days we played three rounds of golf, did six distillery tours and enjoyed several of the local restaurants. Went down to Fourth Street to enjoy live music and mechanical bull riding. The location made it very easy to accomplish all we wanted to create an unforgettable experience! Forever grateful!

Beautiful Home

It was a great house, amazing neighborhood. Lots of restaurants around and close to a grocery stores. The house is spacious and had all amenities needed. Check in process was easy and host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood

We had a wonderful visit. Comfortable home with an awesome deck. Easy to get out to downtown from there. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, and it was in a great location. We would stay there again.

Serene, quiet, safe location.

Charming home with enough room for a family of 6 to spread out. Great, safe, quiet location. Host had good communication. Only about 15 minutes to main attractions in the area. Would stay here again.
