Welcome to Blue Surf 5, a relaxing 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in the heart of Scenic Gulf Drive. Enjoy close access to the pool and beach, great local restaurants, then relax on your balcony or patio to enjoy the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked with seating for 6 and a smart TV mounted to the wall. This location also has private FREE WI-FI for faster connection speed. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size posturpedic mattress, flat screen smart TV and large closet with private patio with new patio furniture. Upstairs boasts a large living space with a new couch and 2 new swivel rocker chairs and 65 in. flat screen smart TV.. Enjoy a large master with king size Tempurpedic mattress and plenty of closet and dresser space. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with large vanities and showers. There is a frontload washer & dryer on first floor level as well. We also offer an inflatable queen size air mattress that fits perfectly in the living room for extra sleeping space.

The Blue Surf complex has been a favorite of travelers for years. With a large green space, clean well-maintained pool that is heated October 1 - April 15, newly resurfaced shuffleboard, and the sounds of the waves in the background, it will be sure to meet your expectations for a relaxing get away. Pompano Joe's restaurant is right across the street for easy access to great food and drinks with Happy Hour daily from 3-5 with great food and beverage discounts. This unit also comes with 2 reserved spaces for parking conveniently right outside the front door.

All of our units at Blue Surf offer beach service for our guests. Beach service is 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily for you during your visit. Service dates: March 1 - November 1. ($75/day value)

Great location in terms of easy to walk to the beach. Property itself was really clean and family friendly. Loved the layout of the condo and that we could see the ocean from the balcony. Things I could do without were how crazy and loud Scenic Gulf drive was. I thought it was more of family area but lots of crazy kids at night, yelling and honking and drag racing down the street just outside our condo. I never saw the pool cleaned once in the 6 days, 5 nights we were there and I can tell that it needed to be cleaned and probably backwashed, especially since everyone on the property shares that one pool and typically comes to get in the pool after they've been at the beach. Also the beach was VERY crowded at our location and although there was chair and umbrella setup included with our stay, they are set up literally on top of each other, like the umbrellas touch side by side in a line so we were uncomfortably close to other ppl next to us..like being in an airplane but with sand.. we didn't have a choice or option to ask the set up guy to put our chairs in a certain spot...that was irritating.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This unit was so beautiful and very clean. Michelle is very responsive to any needs you have and gets back with you quickly. The location is convenient to so many restaurants and the beach. We love Blue Surf!

Beautiful property and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our second time staying at this lovely property. The location can’t be beat, so close to the beach. I loved sitting on balcony drinking coffee or wine and seeing and hearing the ocean. We hope to return again.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

The perfect Spring Break for our family of 5 and furbaby. The townhouse was lovely. It had ample and up-to-date furniture for our family. This home is located directly across from the beach. The outdoor pool is heated and very clean. Nights are quiet. We will be back!

Wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint condo. The location was perfect. The place was very clean and well-supplied. We appreciated being across the street from the beach. Dining and shopping was close by and so convenient. We really appreciate that we could bring our fur babies. Michelle responded quickly to questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location

Great condo and great location. We were able to walk across the street for dinner, walk further down for ice cream and not a bad walk to a coffee shop. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Very comfortable/home feel.

XMAS AMAZING!

Blue surf was a gem. We spent xmas in Miramar during one of the coldest snaps in FL history. Our townhouse helped us stay nice and toasty, Yet have one of the most beautiful views. The property was everything promised and more. So comfy,clean and sooooo close to the beach. Just perfect! So many walkable places to eat, visit and see. We will be back! We completely enjoyed our stay in Blue Surf #5!!! Steps away from the beach with beach service included. The unit was clean and cozy! Check in and out processes were easy. Michelle was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back!!!

Just what I was looking for

We enjoyed our stay so much! The place was exactly as it was described and so much more! The townhome is beautiful, with a wonderful view. Michelle was a pleasure to rent from. She was super friendly and understanding when it came to me bringing my pet. I would absolutely rent from her again!

We had a wonderful stay! There were a few circumstantial issues, but the property manager was super accessible, available, and helpful to resolve any need. The property is small which makes getting from your condo to the beach that much quicker!

Amazing Location!

This rental was exactly what I was looking for. Just steps away from the beach, I will definitely be returning. Michelle was very responsive with the emails. Never had a problem with communicating with them.

Best vacation spot!

This property was so nice. Very clean and close to water. It was very quiet inside the property. You couldn't hear the outside noise from others at the property. That was a huge plus for us! Michelle was very nice and helpful. We are already planning a trip back and will for sure stay at the property.

It was about as perfect as you can get

The location of Blue Surf is perfect. Right on the beach, you have a access to Pompano Joes for food (and drink if you run out during the day), and immediate access to Driftwood street which runs north/south for quickly getting onto the main east/west highway. The unit was probably the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. In particular, you can tell they pay attention to detail. Everything about it was just nice, and dare I say perfect. I usually find minor faults with most places but I am at a loss to complain about anything for once. You get what you pay for I would say. We definitely hope to stay here again. To the owners: WELL DONE. And, the “little things” you did to the place were noticed, and made a difference.

Great Location

Blue Surf is the perfect location for any beach lover! It is directly across the street from the public beach access. It is a quiet community with a nice pool. The unit itself could have used a deep clean. At first glance it looked clean, however there was dirt and hair in most rooms on the floors, the first floor shower floor was very dirty, and the dishes were not clean. Overall we did enjoy our stay, but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

We are honored to own 8 beautiful condo's at Blue Surf. We love the Miramar Beach area and had traveled there many times with our kids when they were younger prior to purchasing our own units. We are from Louisville, KY and own a property management company here and are very excited to also be able to share our condos in Miramar Beach.

Because of the unique horseshoe-shaped design, every two-bedroom unit enjoys a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico You are only a few short steps away from putting your feet in the beautiful white sands that Destin is known for. You also have spectacular views of the ocean, amazing sunsets, easy walks to great restaurants in the area, and the complex is family friendly, quiet and well maintained. What else could someone ask for when vacationing?
