Relax with the family at this spacious beachy townhome on the MD/DE border! Park your boat in the slip & enjoy Fenwick, DE and OC, MD beaches. Minutes to Freeman stage! Enjoy games, Roku, margarita & crush machine, fast Wifi & more. **Linens included**
Escape from the city this summer to our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath beachy corner townhome for your summer getaway. Spacious master bedroom has a king bed with attached full bathtub/shower and walk-in closet. Second bedroom sleeps 2 in a comfy full sized bed with tv and ceiling fan. Third bedroom complete with twin over full bunk beds with side rails for the younger kiddos. Twin top bunk sleeps 1 child up to 150lbs and bottom full bed sleeps 2. Walk-in closet in kid room has a toddler bed/mattress as well. We also provide a Graco pack-and-play to accommodate for the smallest family members. Pull out couch in living room sleeps 2 or air mattress provided if preferred.
Kitchen complete with full cookware essentials including kid friendly options. Prefer drip coffee or Keurig? Not a problem, we have both. Stackable washer/dryer available for use on the main floor off the kitchen. Deep freezer provided for ice storage. Ceiling fans throughout the home provide relief to that sunburn after a long day on the beach.
Enjoy morning coffee or crabs on the deck. Watch the kiddos feed the ducks in the mornings as they swim along the canal. Fish off the dock or bring your boat for more summer fun! Enjoy a game of cornhole in the yard after a day at the beach. Rain in the forecast? No problem, our main floor media cabinet is stocked with plenty of games and puzzles to keep your family entertained for hours!
