It has a very airy and open design inside a private sanctuary with lush tropical plants and flowers and gushing waterfalls. There is even a sun-drenched two level swimming pool the length of a city block and a lower pool with two separate Jacuzzis. Best of all, the pools are heated (typically, during the months of November to March). The complex incorporates a state-of-the-art gym and Health Cafe. And most importantly, you will be centrally located in the heart of Playa del Carmen just one short block from the famous 5th Ave.

Your home away from home is a beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath penthouse in over 2900 square feet. A spectacular 2 floor penthouse. Located in the back corner gives great partial views of the ocean and opportunities to see amazing sunrises and sunsets from your own jacuzzi.

This is a unique condo complex with individual owners, yet all professionally managed by one company providing continuity and the highest level of service in Playa.

With on-site concierge services, you can arrange for fresh flowers, in-condo massage, cooking lessons, personal chef, grocery shopping service, tours, and spa services.
