Decorated in a Bali-Thai style with a Caribbean flair, this condo has all the modern amenities plus the comfort you dream of for your vacation. There’s a large gorgeous pool with a swim-up bar, sun beds and loungers, a gym, beautiful grounds, and all you could want for your tropical beach escape to Playa.

This place is a vacationer’s heaven, even a longer-term stay is perfect because you won’t need a car at all. You can walk just about anywhere. It’s only 2 blocks to 5th Avenue and a block the other way to the beach and sea! You’ll even find a Walmart supercenter, Starbucks, pharmacies, convenience stores, and more, all within walking distance!
Plus tons to see and do; everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, stand-up paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more! Getting Around:
The condo is about 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). You rent a car, hire private transportation, or take the ADO first-class bus for about $12 USD per person. It takes a little longer, but it’s much more economical. If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving around town, taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! Public bicycles are available to rent downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent bikes by the day or by the journey.
When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there’s a free unassigned parking spot available at Aldea Thai. Just ask the guard where to park.
Also, if you’re driving around Playa, be aware there are PARKING METERS in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You have to look for the parking kiosk, pay, and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, this property is so centrally-located you can easily walk to many places in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please make sure to return your bracelets to reception upon check out. A penalty of $10 USD per missing bracelet will apply otherwise.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glassware and bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
