Comprised of two stories and seven spacious bedrooms for rent, the KOI Villa offers panoramic views of the sparkling Caribbean-island sea, sun kissed coastlines, and majestic hillside and mountain terrains. This contemporary retreat offers a series of open spaces that co-exist in perfect harmony with their natural setting and provide the perfect sanctuary for Zen-inspired relaxation. Throughout the lounge, dining room and kitchen, open spaces and airy materials create a spacious floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors open up to postcard-perfect views.

Stepping outside, an expansive terrace features inviting living and dining areas that are perfect for entertaining. A spectacular pool overlooks the Caribbean-island sea and a swim-up bar offers an extra touch of hospitality. Enjoy your own private bar to complete this exclusive luxury retreat.

Koi Villa is an incredible property! We had a group of 12 and enjoyed our week in St. Kitts. This property is right on the Atlantic Ocean. We had a breeze that blew constantly keeping you cool and no problems with bugs. The island of St. Kitts has terrific people and food. Our group has traveled throughout the Caribbean and St. Kitts is a favorite.Call Keneshia the Guest Services Manager and reserve this property!

Perfect for couples

The pictures were very accurate. All the bedrooms are spacious with great views. The pool area is awesome. We had 6 couples and this was a perfect place to stay.

Keneshia was amazing she met us as the airport showed us around the villa made us feel so welcome. She arranged transport and trips for us nothing was to much trouble. The staff at the hotel wete were super friendly and so helpful we orded drinks and food they brought it to the villa. The driver D was fantastic much a lovely man nothing was to much trouble he took us to the beach and out for dinner Christmas day.The villa was stunning we took our grown up children ans grandson for Christmas and New year there were 9 of us it total we all had are own rooms. There was so much space it was amazing.

Birthday at Koi Villa in St Kitts

I booked the Koi Villa in St Kitts for my birthday and the staff was very helpful before I arrived and communicative. They ensured my stay was extremely comfortable, pleasant, and overall AMAZING! They even assisted me with booking tours and sightseeing and having a driver for everyone. This was a fantastic trip and amazing villa and staff in St Kitts! I would 100% recommend it for everyone!

We had the most incredible week at Koi Villa celebrating with our family and closest friends! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The staff were truly superb. Our concierge, Ms. Keneshia, and Mr. Gaurav, the F&B manager, were completely on top of every detail and made sure our stay was seamless and special. The food was absolutely phenomenal and so tastey! Every single person we encountered at the resort was exceptionally kind and welcoming.The house itself is gorgeous and incredibly spacious, perfect for a large family. Each bedroom having its own en-suite made everything so comfortable, and we never felt on top of one another. The backyard and the views truly speak for themselves: simply breathtaking!St. Kitts as a whole took our breath away. It’s a stunning, quiet, and serene island filled with the warmest, kindest people.Thank you Koi Resort, for making our family vacation so memorable. We will cherish this trip forever!!

Amazon place!!

This villa is one of the best we’ve ever stayed! It’s huge and has so much room to spread out. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. If you’re looking for somewhere to go with a large group, this is the place! From the moment we got to Saint Kitts, we were taken such great care of. Every time I reached out about something we needed, it was immediately taken care of. Being connected to the Koi resort was a bonus! Keneisha and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back in the future!

Best Experience Ever!

If you are looking for a secluded, gorgeous, well-managed property, the Koi Villa is the place. Keneshia and Larissa are amazing! Day or night, large or or small requests, they responded in minutes and always with a smile. Their professionalism and willingnes to assist helped are second to none. They absolutely helped make our stay a memorable experience. My family and I highly recommend the Koi Villa, and it will be our first choice the next time we visit St. Kitts. 10/10.
