🚧 Construction Notice – Bristol Building 🚧
Starting September 15, 2025, the Bristol Building will begin work to replace the Beauty Band on select exterior floors.
Work will begin on the southwest side (Stacks 8, 9, and 10).
There may be limited access to the Bristol pool at certain times, though impacts should be minimal to your stay.
Once Stacks 8–10 are complete, the project will move to Stacks 5, 6, and 7, followed by Stacks 1–4.
Dates for these later phases have not yet been confirmed, but updates will be posted as soon as available.
We appreciate your patience while these improvements are made.

✍ IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
🔹 One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom
🔹 Single sized dish liquid
🔹 Single sized dish washing detergent pack
🔹 Single use laundry washing detergent
🔹 Two large trash bags
🔹 Small trash bag for each bathroom
🔹 Roll of Paper towels
❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹 "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
🚮 Trash Chutes are located on each level on both ends by the stairwell.

🚗 Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle per stay. Extended Stay Fee: Flat rate of $40.00 per vehicle per 28-night stay
🔹 Parking pass must be displayed on the driver's side front windshield area.
🔹 Two (2) parking pass included in your reservation.
🔹 If you need additional passes, please purchase prior to arrival through Beach Life Vacation Rentals.
