Nice outdoor area - difficult to use kayaks

The four bedrooms with 4 attached baths were very comfortable for our group of 4 couples. However the house is somewhat sparsely furnished. The bedrooms have no chairs to sit in or luggage racks. Closets have shelving rather than a dresser. Bathrooms are nice but no hooks for towels or clothing. All seating in kitchen area is bartop height. Balconies have only 1 chair that is really not comfortable for sitting. There are 4 kayaks - but no easy way to launch from the property. There is a ladder down to the canal - but it would be challenging to drop the kayak from the deck.

Construction all around you

Do Not Rent this property unless you want to hear construction starting at 7am til 3:30pm, right outside your bedroom window. Unable to enjoy outside pool due to construction noise next door and across street. It was awful, management company basically said tough luck. Refused any partial refund or compensation at all. Should be disclosed as neighbors said this has been going on for months, though property manager stated no one has complained before us. House itself ok, clean, common area small for 4 bedroom home. Ac broke, but they were responsive and had someone out within a few hours.
