This bright and attractive home is right on the canal with 22 feet of boat dockage, a covered balcony with partial ocean views, and an outstanding interior featuring an open floorplan and nine-foot ceilings that you will love. The living area features lots of comfortable furniture surrounding a TV, an ideal place for entertaining guests or kicking back after a long afternoon on the water. The full kitchen features granite countertops, a center prep island with four breakfast bar stools, and all the appliances you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal. The dining table seats 10 guests, or you can have alfresco meals on the balcony with canal views stretching out before you. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of, including the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a TV.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock has 22 feet of dockage available for guest use.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
