'Tim & Faith's Rooftop' is a new construction property as of late 2021. Be sure to see the reviews on our other homes while we build our guest and fan base for this little beauty!

With the garage converted to our feature games room, parking is limited to approximately 14 guest spots for the entire 50 home community and on street parking on Cherokee is also limited . Parking is also prohibited in front of the garages. Violators may be towed. Please consider traveling to and from the airport with ride share such as Uber & Lyft.

Our hope is you choose to stay with us on your first visit to Nashville and then we become the ‘go to’ place to re-book for all your future trips!

The owner is willing to consider pets on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Please inquire with us about the additional fee and approval if you are considering traveling with your furry friends.
