Le Mas du Pas de Sénès

Very nice farmhouse of 200 m2 located in La Colle sur Loup, only 5 minutes from the village.

The house is set on two floors.

On the first floor, a large living room opening onto the garden, overlooking the TV area and the kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms also all overlooking the garden, two bathrooms, two guest toilets.

On the first floor, a mezzanine lounge area open to the downstairs living room, a beautiful en-suite bedroom with a small terrace overlooking the garden.

The garden is flat, planted with hundred-year-old olive trees. Several parking spaces are available. A beautiful infinity pool embellishes this farmhouse which will offer you comfort, calm and well-being.

In the surrounding area and a 5-minute drive away, you will find a large supermarket, the village of La Colle sur Loup and Saint Paul de Vence.

A concierge service is offered: transfer from the airport, delivery of breakfasts, cleaning during the stay, dry cleaning, organization of excursions, restaurant reservations...
