The villa is 10 minutes by car to the the lively medieval village of Valbonne with its many restaurants, galleries and shops and lively Friday market.
Things to do: The village of Roquefort adjoins the Opio-Valbonne golf course with additional golf courses at Biot, Mougins and Mandelieu all within easy reach. The amenities are varied: Tennis clubs (at Le Vignal at Opio, Villeuneuve-Loubet) horse riding (St.George at Villeneuve Loubet, Plascassier). Some of the most spectacular walks of the Cote d'Azur are all on the doorstep.
The beaches of Juan les Pins, Antibes, Golfe Juan and Cannes are within 30 mins drive from the villa. Pebble beaches in Villeneuve Loubet near Marineland.
Distances: The nearest village is the village of Valbonne at 5 mins drive from the villa. Valbonne has lots of good restaurants, terraces, banks, a postoffice, shops and boutiques. A weekly market on friday. Driving into the other direction is Biot at 10 mins drive. Well known for its glass blowing. Cannes is at 25 mins drive. Marineland with its dolphin and orka shows is at 20 mins drive.
