X-Large, 2Br Poolside Cabin! Perfect for Family Vacation!

Park like setting on Herring Creek, located 3 miles from downtown OC beach & boardwalk. XL 2 Br / 1 Bath cabin, Sleeps up to 8 people max. 1st bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has full/full bunk beds with USB ports for easy charging of electronics. Carpeted living room is equipped with full size sleeper sofa and has a 46" flat-screen smart TV that is connected to Xfinity cable. We do have free WIFI but it is not fast enough for streaming. There is one full bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, small sink w/ mirrored medicine cabinet. Cabin has full kitchen with full size stainless steel fridge, standard size oven with 4 top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot. Cabin has nice sized screened in porch with resin chairs and small table overlooking the outdoor pool. Perfect for relaxing while keeping an eye on the bigger kiddos playing in the pool! This cabin also has a nice sized back yard area (part of the yard is shared with cabins 9 and 10) but you have a small back porch which leads to your personal fire pit, picnic table, and BBQ grill (each cabin has their own so it is not shared). From the back porch area, you will see the rest of the property which has a kids play area, basketball hoop, volleyball net, horseshoe pit. Cornhole boards, and balls for basketball and volleyball, can be signed out from the office, along with a few board games, Jenga, and even Uno cards! There is also a shared dock and pier that sits along Herring Creek. It is perfect for crabbing and maybe even a little fishing. The water is brackish, which means that it is a mixture of fresh and salt water. It is not a swimming area as it is pretty muddy and there are lots of jelly fish in the area. Also, you will have to provide your own bed and bath linens, paper products, and trash bags, etc. We do provide pillows, dishes, silverware, cookware, basic pots and pans, baking sheets. Lastly, you MUST be at least 21 years of age to reserve. Guests between 21-25 will pay an additional $150.00 security deposit upon arrival and will be returned at check out as long as there is no damage, eviction, or smoking of any kind. Sorry, we will NOT allow any SENIOR WEEK RESERVATIONS!!! We are a very family friendly establishment and plan to keep it as such. If you are looking for a party spot, please look elsewhere.
