Welcome to Magic Disney Memory, our luxurious vacation home located right in the middle of all the Central Florida magic. Our home is just 2 miles from Walt Disney World property in the 24 hour guard-gated resort community of Windsor Hills. This is the premier vacation home destination in the Orlando area, featuring resort amenities such as a 40 seat private movie theater (you pick the movie), exercise center, arcade, billiards, ping pong table, lagoon-style zero-entry pool with water slides, fountains, tennis courts, basketball, a putting green, volleyball and children's playgrounds.

**Waterpark will be closed from January 5 through February 14, 2026 for scheduled seasonal maintenance**

Our home has 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms-sleeps 10. Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, making it the perfect choice for those travelers who prefer 1st floor living.

★ Heated Saltwater Chlorine Pool & Spa w/ color changing lights and color changing string lights. Note: A saltwater generator works by converting dissolved salt, or sodium chloride, into chlorine through a process called electrolysis. This produces chlorine in the form of sodium hypochlorite and hypochlorous acid, which are capable of neutralizing bacteria and algae just as effectively as chlorine additives. As a result, you’re left with water that’s as clean and sanitary as a traditional chlorinated pool. At the same time, you enjoy lower levels of chloramines known to cause skin and eye irritation and that unpleasant “chlorine” smell.

**Guest MUST complete and sign a rental agreement.** Must be completed in entirety and returned within 72 hours of booking or reservation may be cancelled at discretion of property owner.

These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times.

This Villa is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.

Cleaning fee applies and mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge.

Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. Additional trash compactors are located in the complex if needed.

Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home. We want to make your stay in our home a memorable experience.

**Minimum 3 days lead time to check in for new bookings, less than 3 days will be on a case by case basis with approval at the discretion of the host, all bookings confirmed less than 3 days lead time will require an identification submitted of the guest on the payment method.**

**Parents and guardians are responsible at all times for the supervision of children in the pool area.**

Perfect home and great hosts

We stayed here as a family of 6 (5 adults and 1 child). We booked last minute due to being let down by our travel agent and we got lucky with this place. It is a gorgeous house with every amenity you need for your stay and it has a great games room. The complex is also amazing! The hosts are brilliant and available before/throughout. I strongly recommend this place and I will look forward to booking again in future.

Perfect family home

Great location, well maintained

We stayed in Magic Disney Memory Villa in August this year. We loved our stay and found the villa to be well maintained compared to previous villas we have stayed at. Ron was always available when messaged when I had questions and sorted any issues we had quickly. We loved the games room and I enjoyed thrashing everyone at pool! The pool is a good size although could do with less chairs and more beds as our kids are teen girls and they like sunbathing! Windsor hills is THE best location to stay if you’re visiting Disney. Fantastic stay; thanks Ron!

Lovely property close to Disney

Stayed here for 2 weeks October / November. Windsor Hills is such a good base for an Orlando holiday. The villa was very clean, lots of storage and the beds were super comfortable. There’s everything you could need to enjoy your home from home environment. The garage conversion to games room is incredible, the owner has thought of everything and there’s something for all ages in there. The pool area felt a bit neglected when we arrived but the owner responded very quickly to our messages and all issues were resolved to our complete satisfaction. In actual fact the pool is one of the best we’ve been to, lovely and warm, and the outside lighting was really pretty.

Baseball week

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the ESPN WWOS complex. Property is very convenient for all of the Disney amenities. Ron was an excellent host and very communicative and responsive via text and email. Property has everything you need for a family (we comfortably had 4 adults + 2 kids) and plenty of space. Kids loved the game room and community pool also a big hit.

We had a great time staying in this lovely home! Clean and comfortable, well equipped and plenty of space and everything we needed for our family stay. We especially loved the pool, hot tub and games room. Great location for Disney parks and so many shops and restaurants are so close by. The host Ron has been brilliant from start to finish with great communication, tips and advice, he answered any questions I had straight away, always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble! I would definitely recommend this lovely home!

Lovely villa, excellent location, and great communication

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was just like in the photos, well equipped, and in a great location. Windsor Hills was a lovely gated community, and it was very handy to use the shop and grill bar when we arrived after a long flight from the UK. The communication was great, with our questions being quickly answered plus we were kept up to date with events at the clubhouse. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Vacation to remember

Despite being in the direct line of hurricane Milton, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation home. The owner Ron and property manager David were quick to answer our questions and calm our fears. The game room and heated pool gave the kids a great place to play while the theme parks were closed for 1-1/2 days. The location in relation to the parks, shopping, & restaurants was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this home for your next visit to Orlando!

Beautiful Property Convenient to Disney!

Our family of four (daughters 11&12yo, husband, and I) had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for 6 nights last week. The house is beautiful and clean, and the living spaces are very comfortable. The owner is very communicative, super accommodating and kind. The property was close enough to Disney that we were able to take ride shares to and from Disney at a reasonable cost. The house is in a gated community, which was a nice added bonus, especially as my husband wasn’t able to join us until mid week. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the near future!

Fantastic villa stay

Our family (5 adults 2 kids) has just returned to the UK after staying in this wonderful 5 bedroom villa. The villa is very spacious and has a great layout. The villa was also very clean throughout. The family loved the games room, this room also has air-con making it lovely to spend time in comfortably. The pool was fantastic. We had a 4 and 6 year old with us and we couldn't get them out of it, they loved it. The villa is on the Windsor Hills gated community. the booking in process was very easy and the owners Ron and Lidia were great and very welcoming. This was the first time we stayed at the Windsor hills community and wont be the last. Community was well kept and very clean and secure. I would highly recommend staying at this villa, its been great from start to finish and we will be back.

Great home for a large or extended family (or families). Wonderful location.

We are experienced theme-parkers and have rented homes in the area for the last 20 years. This was one of the best - location-wise and amenities-wise. It had it all. The Windsor Hills neighborhood is close to parks and full of its own amenities (water park, regular parks, etc.). It's a gated community and feels very safe. It is close to the parks and lots of dining and other recreational and shopping opportunities. The house itself was wonderful - just like the photos! The layout was perfect for our 3-generation family - enough space for everyone to spread out, but also lots of common areas to share family time. The pool and hot tub were great. The games room was spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellent. He is extremely responsive and good to deal with. We will not hesitate to stay in this home again in the future. For sure 5 out of 5 stars!!

Great Holiday

This was our sixth stay at Windsor Hills and was the best villa so far. First part of the review, Windsor Hills: If you want a nice safe gated community with good facilities on site and within 5 minutes you have a large choice of restaurants. For groceries you have Walmart just down the road or an extra 5 mins Publix or Target to choose from. Proximity to the Disney Parks you can't get better, Animal Kingdom on a quiet day is less than 10mins from leaving the villa to parking there. Which is good for us with our disabled daughter if someone has to come back early with her, it's not far to go back later to pick up the rest of the group. Second part, The Villa: The villa has very good facilities. For keeping you entertained, TV's in every room, good cable TV, internet link great and good games room. Domestic appliances, all good. Great pool with the best hot tub we've had from all the villas, great to relax in the evening after a hard day of pushing a wheelchair around the parks all day. A couple of maintenance issue, but sorted with no problems. As everyone else has said Ron is very communicative and helpful.
