Located in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone and aligned by white sandy beaches overlooking the crystal clear waters of the mexican Caribbean, we offer a private luxury cancun vacation.
Las 4 Casas is only steps from fine dining, shopping, night life and just a twenty minute drive from Cancun's international airport, making it extremely convenient and perfectly located.
Its a Beautiful Beachfront house with private pool in the hearth of the hotel zone of Cancun, it has a brand new hot tub, plus 4 bedrooms with one king bed and 6 queen bed which can accommodate 2 persons per bed giving a maximum of 12 persons recommended for families...
we can include a cook and a person who helps with service for $30 USD per day, still with a very low $20 USD a day you can add one more housekeeping for the best service! (or 2 for $40 USD per day)

We have been using this house for 10 years already and still don't get tired of it, Cancun has the best restaurants, night life and archaeological places in the world! i know for sure you will love it!

So to the daily rate you can add for an additional cost:
Cook: $30 USD/Day
Maids: $20 USD/Day
Gas for Heating the pool (around $100 USD per day, usually the first day take smore gas and after that gets cheaper)

Cancun Villa Christmas 2019

The villa was as advertised. We stayed there previously and loved it. Still do. Perfect location on beach, own heated pool, chose housekeeping and cooking. Meals were excellent and staff was industrious and delightful. Will stay again. Roberto was excellent to work with.

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful weather everyday. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Lynber the butler attended to our every need. The meals were delicious and plentiful. Roberto the proprietor was excellent to communicate with. The location was excellent. I would strongly advise staying here.

Amazing service and location! Beautiful house!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful house during a vacation with friends. It was an amazing experience!! The house is just beautiful! Smack in the middle of the major hotels, it's minutes away from La Isla shopping mall and a whole bunch of great restaurants (we love Puerto Madero, for one). Perfect for relaxing, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are right outside the bedrooms. And access to the beach makes for an incredible view! My husband and I took long walks along the shore, where we passed by a lot of other hotels, so we got to sightsee, but when going for a swim, we had the beach in front of the house to ourselves. Wonderful!!! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is amazing. The cook can prepare anything you ask her to, but I'd recommend seafood or traditional Mexican breakfasts, they were delicious! Basically we had all the perks of staying at a luxury hotel, but a private one! Our trip was a couple's one, but the place is totally family friendly and I look forward to coming back when our family starts to grow. We will definitely be returing if we make another trip to Cancun. I totally recommend!

Excellent Vacation with our own Beach!

This was a beautiful, well appointed vacation home. It was situated in the the hotel zone, but was as if we had our own private beach! It was very comfortable - plenty of room to socialize or find a quiet space to read. I loved that there were so many outdoor areas to gather, in the shade or sun! The food and service were outstanding. If I mentioned something in passing, Lynber and Melba made it happen. They were incredibly attentive and kind. They even had a cake and flowers for our anniversary! Even though we visited several excellent restaurants, I loved eating at home, on the patio the most. Location wise, we were close to everything. Isla Mall was within walking distance, as were many restaurants. We used the pool and hot tub everyday, besides swimming in the ocean. Staying in a hotel is nice, but having a home to use made our vacation so special. We had never been to Cancun before and were a little hesitant about renting through the internet. But Roberto assuaged all our fears and promised we would love the experience and we did. I would come back to this home in a New York second!

Incredible authentic Cancun experience

The location is amazing! Right on the beach on hotel isle! The staff is amazing! They were so sweet, fun and accommodating. And, their food is fantastic! The host stayed in communication leading up to and during our stay. Definitely recommend this place!

Unforgettable Vacation!

My Wife and I stayed at this beautiful house during a vacation with friends. It was an amazing experience!! Upon arrival Maria was waiting for us to give us a tour of the house and see if we had any questions. For a small fee she can prepare anything you ask her to, but I'd recommend traditional Mexican breakfasts, they were delicious! The house is just beautiful! Smack in the middle of the major hotels, it's minutes away from La Isla shopping mall and a whole bunch of great restaurants (we love Puerto Madero, for one). Perfect for relaxing, the swimming pool is right outside the house and access to the beach makes for an incredible view! My wife and I took long walks along the shore, where we passed by a lot of other hotels, so we got to sightsee, but when going for a swim, we had the beach in front of the house to ourselves. It was AWESOME!!! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is amazing. During our stay we did have one issue the air conditioner went out but Daniel the owner got an A/C technician immediately to come out and repair it the same day! We were very impressed. Basically we had all the perks of staying at a luxury hotel, but a private one. It’s a great place to stay if you have a large family or large group. We will definitely be returning if we make another trip to Cancun. I totally recommend it!

This is an excellent luxury property. Great location on kukulkan blvd. Max 10 minutes (with tráficc) away from all the important places and restaurants in Cancun. It has one Of the best beaches, literally 20 steps away from your bedroom;!!! And practilcally private, because the next door hoteles The bedrooms all have ocean beach views and have a nice decor with some sea/beach objects, but not too much to make you feel overwelmed all with AC, TV and sky. It Also has a family room with TV. It has a dinning room inside as well as a outside al fresco dinning with beach/sea views so you can have breakfast and lunch with some Of the best views Of the carribean. The pool is heated and it Also has a jacuzzi. The cook and butler aré the nicest people, great cooking and great menu diferent everyday and made up Of local dishes and ingredients. Great property ! My father bought this house as a vacation Villa, it is located in the heart of the hotel zone, in walking distance of the best restaurants and shopping centers and best of all with a beautifull beach rigth in front of the hous (we actually used to jump from the house to the sand but please dont tell my father)

What makes this property unique

i am not very good with words but i have to describe this as a unique house in cancun, there are actually no homes like this in the hotel zone, we are sorrounded by small apartments so the beach is actually very quiet, not busy at all...
