Beach Home that is Pet-Friendly and Pool Equipped

This home is located five lots from a private beach access in Summerplace, an eclectic collection of homes on the north end of the barrier island off State Road A1A. It has a bohemian ambiance, where guests can let go the rigors and stresses of home. Natural tropical vegetation surrounds it, providing beauty and privacy. At night, the stars shine brightly and rhythmic waves of the ocean can be heard. Inside, the home is comfortable and cozy with a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Dog bed and bowls are provided. The house has no carpet.

The host was wonderful. The house was just as advertised and very neat and clean. There was a bed, balls, and welcome snacks for our dog, Quinn. The pool was sparkling and refreshing!

The host was extremely prompt with responding!The home was very comfortable and had plenty of necessities,towels,and well stocked kitchen. The pool area needs some cleaning and lanai but pool was clean and we enjoyed it! The house was very clean ! Thank you Martin

Martin was incredibly communicative and helpful. I really enjoyed him as a host and would love to stay at a property of his again.The house has an incredible setup and is located SO conveniently to the beach. Laid back neighborhood, kind neighbors.

Very nice! The host was very accommodating and responded to messages right away. The house was spacious and in a great location. It was well stocked with supplies and even had food and water bowls and other items for the dog.

Lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this home. The weather was a little temperamental while we stayed in Vero Beach for the week, but will still managed to have a wonderful time in large part because of this comfortable house. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful home, great location.

Easy walk to the beach. The pool and screened outdoor area was a wonderful place to relax and watch the kids in the pool.

Location was perfect. Short walk to beach and super close to my parents house. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and the house was stocked with everything you could need for a stay.
